Did like the short walk at the beachfront

This was our second visit to this resort, and it won't be our last! We just love all of the on-site amenities and the beach front access.

A bit pricey to eat there. $90 breakfast buffet for two plus tip is ridiculous but you get what you pay for.

Always enjoy staying here.

Amazing hotel beautiful view of the ocean however they charge you for everything please bring your checkbook ready , 50$ for a breakfast buffet seems a little pricey. 60$ to rent a chair ? There is already a resort fee good atmosphere though I’d definitely come back but I won’t pay 250$ for a breakfast bar ever again

The resort offers an all-in-one experience with stunning ocean views and direct beach access. With three pools, a lazy river, and entertainment, there's plenty to keep you entertained without leaving the property. The best part is the breathtaking ocean views from almost anywhere on the resort. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a walk-in shower—my top priority and a rare find. The bed was comfortable with soft, high-quality linens, and the pillows were excellent. We also appreciated the ample supply of fresh towels delivered daily by friendly staff. However, there were a few downsides. The elevators were slow and uncomfortably hot, especially when crowded, and the glass panels, though offering fantastic views, were not clean—a persistent issue likely due to the difficulty of accessing the exterior. Additionally, our experience at the on-site Pizza-hut was disappointing; the pizza was overcooked, with a hard crust. While plenty dining options available on site, we found it quite expensive, making them less appealing, especially after the pizza experience, and limited healthier options. The breakfast buffet looked amazing but was overpriced at $40 per person. Similarly, the beach umbrella and chair rental at $60 per day, with no hourly option, was excessive and impractical. This seem to be the norm but it just seem too much for not using it for more than an hour or two.

It has everything and is close to other area entertainment

The live band played most of the day. Bad Versions of good music and WAY too loud. Rooms are fine but elevators and hallways not air conditioned. NO WATER PRESSURE !!!!! I won’t go back. The staff is great.

Loved the amenities and especially the lazy river. We will now be coming back each year!

Did not like the parking

We enjoyed our time at the Holiday Inn in Panama City FL. We had two areas improvement is needed: TV stations, movie channels and television equipment is really lacking. We ended up watching our iPad at times. Bathroom lighting is powerful enough to light up a small airport. We would suggest taking out the motion switch and removing the ceiling light over the toilet. There is way to much light for such a small area.

The tv, I kinda want to watch Netflix and YouTube and Hulu on the tv, maybe changing the tv would give me better experience, but other then that everything else is good :)

We have a great time . Next time we will directly book with holiday inn.Expedia gave us misleading wrong information about details of the hotel. Other than that holiday inn was a great hotel!

I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints it’s always clean, easy access to the beach, you can do it all & the staff is very helpful and friendly !

the hotel is beautiful, many attractions and safe, the rooms are never cleaned, I asked reception to clean my room and the cleaning staff just came and made the beds, the rubbish in the room was also never taken out only if I took it out and leave it at the door, apart from the cleaning that was not done in the rooms, the hotel is very good, but I don't know if I would stay there again as you pay a lot to not have your room clean

Great moments with the Family

The bathroom for me ( I'm disabled) was outstanding! The view from our balcony was great! We enjoyed everything about our week long stay! Definitely booking it again

Best aspects of the resort were The outdoor pools and amenities. They reached above and beyond our expectations! Clean and spacious rooms accompanied with comfy mattresses and pillows! The only thing we weren’t too crazy about was the lack of air condition inside the elevators, also the water pressure from restroom sinks and showers were very poor. Overall the resort was really nice and we would give it a 4.5 out of 5.

First time staying here and it was amazing! What a bonus to see Todd Herendeen perform his Neil Diamond show. Todd was awesome!

The property was clean and very well staffed. A great place for families as well as couples. With all there is to do at the resort, you really wouldn't have to leave. The only complaint we had during our week stay was the resort policy of all guests had to wear a non-removable arm band while at the resort. I understand the need for such a policy but something removable would be nice. Wearing an arm band for a week straight, sleeping in it, doing activities in it, going out to dinner wearing it, gets a bothersome.

Very fun

This was booked for my spouse and I for me to propose. The first 3 mornings we were woken up to drilling above us as they were doing construction on the elevator. What was meant to be a getaway to relax and propose had us returning home to our children feeling as if we barely slept.

The sheets and comforters were wet in the room when we arrived and through out the first night. The shower was full of hair. There was a light above the tv that flashed on and off 24 hours a day and could not be turned off. The air conditioner had an awful rattle. The restaurants are conveniently located so you do not need to leave the property while visiting.

Great location on the beach with lazy river and large pool.

It was our first time staying at this hotel but won’t be the last! The staff was all extremely friendly, the room was nice and big, the balcony was really nice and they had fresh towels everyday as well as extra towels available by the pool/beach area. The one thing I wish and think could be better is the kids splash area… the floor is peeling off and the water temperature was way too cold for littles, we ended up not spending as much time there as we thought because of these two things. Everything else was great!
