Great new place. construction on the last floor did not bother me.

It was a nice and enjoyable stay, and the front desk was so helpful...Also let me check in earlier than the check-in time, and the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable too...

The amount of people for breakfast was more than one person should be expected to handle. He did his best but you need to add staff for breakfast on weekends especially. The fan in our room was so loud it would wake me up.

Under construction. Price did not reflect. No signage to check in the back door to get to front lobby. Silverfish bugs in bathroom

Good service and comfortable room. There was remodelling on the fifth floor, but we were kept away from the noise. All the issues were the bathroom fan wasn’t working and the sink had a loose faucet

We liked everything about this newly-renovated building. The staff were kind and capable. The facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good, with plenty of selections. We had just one issue: it was hay fever season and there were only four tissues in the box. We could have rung for more, but just used the toilet paper instead. And it was decent quality TP! Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay here. The remodel looks great. Plan on staying here again in the future.

Excellent property with very reasonable prices and excellent rooms

The checking in nite was great, the problems was a leaking in the room with it was a danger because it was close to the microwave an mini frige, was told in the front desk and it seems that it was an important matter. But for safety reason it should be addressed ASAP.

The front desk recommended a few restaurants for us when we checked in. We took his recommendation and loved it. We appreciated his helpfulness.

This property was under construction on a couple of floors and it had a lot of storage containers in the parking lot. I am not sure what that was all about. However, the room was very nice and the breakfast was good as well. The hotel even had a small bar for those that are looking for that. I recommend staying here.

Nice room

This was a fabulous hotel, no complaints about anything. Was there for a quick one night stay, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and loved having the fitness room. Didn't have time for the pool but would definitely stay here again.

Just not worth the money. They are renovating and failed to disclose that information so upon check in just had complete noise above me for hours after a long ride just wanted a nap. The bar did not have bar tender either just all around poor property great safe location. The room and bathroom are small I would not call the room clean but very aged. Wish I could have a better review.

Room was very nice and clean. Love the glassware in the room and nice couch. The only downside was the AC. It was super loud every time it would kick on. I was also on the 3rd floor above the main entrance and could hear everything outside when people would walk in. Other than the noise the hotel was very nice.

The fourth floor was under construction, and the noise was terrible. The toxic smell in the hall was awful. The staff was excellent and the housekeeping was excellent, but there was no relief from the construction. The TV was down for the first 24 hours and only one elevator worked.I have stayed there several times before and everything was very nice. A discount would have been nice on my room.

The property is be renovated and we were never informed of this till we arrived. Workers going in/out of building and using elevator. Worked till 7pm the floor below. Worked all day Saturday as well. Wait staff was unable to service Saturday/Sunday breakfasts. Trash overflowing and shortage of food. And no attempt to correct this or offer any compensation. So sad! Expedia or Hyatt should have let us know. No a great place for a wedding anniversary.

Excellent breakfast and kind employees. Very clean property and spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable but true double size, not queen. Property needs more parking due to portable storage containers taking up most of the spaces behind the hotel. Pool area is surrounded by construction work and more storage containers.

We were out in the wrong room first - the front desk took care of us immediately and made sure the rest of our stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and the pool was enjoyable! Renovations happening - but they stop by 6pm, so didn’t bother us at all.

Place was good only problem was with the bathroom. It was very small need to have a big one

Our stay in this hotel was overall positive—we traveled in two groups and stayed in rooms next to each other. PROS: - friendly staff with bottled water upon check in. - safe neighborhood, a bit away from the major highway. - excellent breakfast: selection of hot teas (TAZO) and fresh coffee; hot oatmeal (not packets); scrambled eggs (salsa, tabasco, ketchup available); canadian bacon as meat option; perfectly cooked crisped potatoes; pancakes (pre-made and replenished as needed) with with berry jam and fruit salad; chobani small individual yogurt; cereal options. - comfortable beds, not pillows; towels for each occupant (there were three of us in our room). - shower pressure was good. - we were on the top (6th floor). CONS: - air conditioner room unit was very loud and the control (wall mounted) was not much help in setting the temperature—it had a mind of its own and blew hot or cold air throughout our stay (despite the setting of "cool."). - the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom and is 5ft away from the foot of the bed. - our toilet didn't properly flush (even number 1, pardon the details). - lightbulb was out over our bed, but not over the second bed. - when I mentioned those two complaints upon checkout, I was told that it would be taken care of immediately, but the person next to the one that was talking to us silently took out two waters and shoved them at me. I know it was meant as a complimentary make up gesture, but the way it was done felt rather rude.

Out of all the Hyatt places I’ve stayed in, this did not meet its standards. It looks like they were doing construction so it was very noisy and only one elevator working. Not the best customer experience. But it was fine.

Ants in the bathroom on 5 floor and air conditioning didn’t work right second night

Newly remodeled room but not well designed. Televisoin reception was bad - picture was pixilated. Bed was too close to the heat/AC. Beautiful makeup mirror but no direct lighting - wife waited until we were in the car to put on makeup. Shower/toilet area was too small. Could barely close the door from the inside and not large enough to dry oneself.

The property was being renovated. However, the construction crews didn't work during the weekend. Lots of equipment and construction containers were located on the property.

TV in Room did not work. Receptacle by bathroom did not work. Hotel currently under remodel which caused noise and dirt.
