Other guests were loud at all hours of the night with children screaming.

The property is not pet friendly but they made an exception for my dog and I as we had nowhere else to go.

Everything was ok. Except when we went to the continental breakfast. They had ran out and we had to ask if there was anything left.They filled stuff up. There was people in there that wasnt staying there and they were filling up plates. Room was fine.

Spacecous room and there is a nice Mexican restaurant next door

It was a decent place but not great with a baby who is crawling. The carpet in the room left grime on the bottom of our feet so we had to wear shoes the entire time in the room. The staff seemed very nice and the rate was cheap but we wouldn't stay there again.

Great stay clean hotel. Nothing fancy but just enough for a off interstate stay. 20 mins from Nashville with easy access and less crowds. Only thing pool is not heated but that didn't bother my kiddo

You couldn't walk barefoot on the carpets whatsoever without ending up with complete black feet. The carpets were FILTHY.

No elevator.

Overall this place was ok. The bed was extra high off the ground. Bathroom vent did not work. Shower head not built for taller people. It was definitely just a place to sleep.

Old hotel but good room for good price

Very dirty and unsafe. We did not stay.

The room had roaches, so I’m worried I’ll have to search my belongings for bugs when I get home. The pool didn’t seem to be chlorinated, or it hadn’t been treated recently, so we couldn’t risk using it. Otherwise, the room seemed nice and the staff seemed friendly. I can only guess the hotel is getting run down overtime, with just bare minimum upkeep. The staff are making a difference with their happy and hard working attitude, so it’s a decent place.

Nice and easy stay. The pool was very cold, otherwise all good.

The toilet seat was so disgusting that I couldn’t even sit in it without using part of the towels. They were shown a photograph and contacted by Expedia but still refused to refund the one night I did stay there. I highly recommend avoiding this dirty trap if you can

They charged a $50 fee at check-in that I didn't know about until I arrived. The indoor pool was so cold it made our muscles ache and the entire reason I rented the room was for my teenagers to swim. The staff wasn't exactly rude, but they weren't exactly friendly either. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

Half the staff was nice and helpful. Young lady at front desk was rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in when I pass through Tennessee. Always friendly service, clean sheets, and a much appreciated warm breakfast.

Did see 2 bugs. A little Mold in bathroom and door busted on bottom.

Goid placevto stay

Everything was fine except the beds, I thought, were too high for me and my brother. It was somewhat difficult to climb into the beds, especially for my brother who has paraparesis and is on a walker. The breakfast offerings were a little disappointing with no meat offerings. The coffee was not very good. Other than that, everything was great

It started out seeming to be a decent place it was clean there were a few minor eyesores in the room. I was given a room on the very front side of the building close to the main road which was very noisy all night into the early morning and again early early in the morning. As I walk into the bathroom that morning I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the bathtub which was horrible waking up to not knowing if they were crawling around in the bed or my personal belongings as I slept. I also didn't find out until I checked out that I was charged a $50 deposit that no one said anything about he pointed out the sign on the counter which was covered up by a couple of other signs so you clearly could not see it. There are plenty of other choices in the area I would advise to stay away from this one.
