Lovely getaway style hotel, we stayed in a deluxe room which was lovely, clean airy and fresh. The spa was great (the main reason why we chose this hotel) had a very relaxing time, we had an issue at the hotel which was out of their control but Sam on reception swiftly dealt with it, we ate in the restaurant before we left for me the food was over priced and not that great quality however everyone has different taste when it comes to food, but apart from that we will be returning to this hotel…

The property is in the perfect location, in town and on the beach. Our room was spacious clean/tidy in all respects. All the staff we interacted with....at breakfast, at dinner the lounge/bar as well as on the front desk were amazing. We had booked 2 nights and decided to stay another night, because it was such a nice place.

Overall stay was ok, it’s a perfect location and a lovely hotel, buffet breakfast is fab. We stayed for 2 nights but had them on separate bookings, advised the receptionist when we checked in and we were advised that they had tallied them together and we can stay in the same room. On our 2nd day after going for a walk we couldn’t get in our room so had to go to the reception to get the room key activated again! Also we had put the sign on the door to say we didn’t need cleaners that day, twice they just walked into the room, one was the cleaner and the other one just came in to say we should have checked out by now! Bit of a shambles really and the sign that we put on the door offered a discount in the restaurant if you didn’t need cleaners, never did get the discount!

This is my 5th time staying at the hotel. I keep coming back because my daughter likes the indoor heated pool. The breakfast is always good... the dinner menu needs an upgrade but the food is tasty. The hotel is a short distant away from the beach, which is great. There are loads of other food options available, just check the map. We had a superior room. The bed was comfy and the room was clean however they were a little stingy with the tea and coffe as we only had 1 breakfast tea and 1 decaffeinated coffee. The staff was quite helpful but there was a new girl who was very very slow.. she may need additional training as she told us our room was on the 4th floor and it was nowhere close to the 4th floor. Overall the stay was nice and we will be back because it is our go-to place :)

Everything was great.

We have stayed here a few years ago but wow such a great improvement, lovely hotel, clean, great staff, delicious food and very efficient!! A great stay! Pool and garden area are the icing on the cake. Our grandchildren aged 3 and 5 months came along and that would be my only slight gripe, no lift to their room so check in advance. No small play area, I generally feel it’s not a child friendly hotel. That said I can’t wait to return :)

Very run down hotel.

Reception staff are nice and helpful, restaurant food and wine are great, swimming pool open 8am-8pm, but sometimes there have swim lessons. The toilet flushing was very bad, every used toilet needs to flush many times. Air conditioning is good that’s why i chose this Hotel Parking on the road outside of the hotel is free if there have spaces, otherwise hotel parking £10 for overnight

Lovely quirks building with good staff, all polite and friendly., kids loved the swimming pool and the short walk to the beaches very convenient. It would be nice if they could offer a variety of eggs for breakfast not just scrambled and made sure parking was for hotel guests not a free for all to make some extra cash. Especially since we’d already paid.

It was clean and close to sea front.

Just chilled out with the spa. Shame they put the prices up for the air show but that was expected.

Lovely spacious rooms, nice and clean. Bathrooms pretty too. Only our second room was right opposite lift and was noisy. Could hear everything but other than brillian stay, friendly staff evwn though we are brown muslims the staff were all friendly! Lovely spa too!

Paid over £300 for 2 nights in the hotel. Surprised that parking was extra but carried on regardless. Hotel advertises having air conditioning. However on arrival (over the 2 hottest days of the year to date) advised the room allocated did not have A/C and no others available. Arrived at room to find 3 d fans, 2 of which were broken. The room was in poor condition, poor decor and felt like something from the 80’s. Nothing ‘superior’ about this room. Childs bed placed next to radiator - which we found on the first evening had been left on!!! 30deg, no a/c and radiator on. Pool is much smaller than the picture shows but was ok. Breakfast was decent. Location is good. Just not a great experience and not value for money

Parking was reasonable. £10 a dayShort walk to beach. Food was good. Rooms were huge and clean. Grandkids had amazing time even though it was a short break. Indoor pool was warm . Hope to go back

Lovely staff. Clean room. Only issue was that it was very stuffy. Temperature outside not terribly high, but couldn’t cool room down even with fan in room.

In general the hotel was nice, staff friendly, barman helpful, cleaners did a good job There’s hidden extras, parking per day advertised at £15 per day, local roads are free, yet they don’t offer this information. We wanted to use the spa for 2 hours on 1 day and was told we had to pay £20 per person!!! The food was generally ok, but expensive for the portion size and quality. The Tempura vegetables - a tiny slither of carrot or courgette was found inside and the batter tasted of fish, so perhaps cooked in the same deep fat fryer as the cod. The Salmon and Saffron rice - it was sooo bland, the salmon portion, child size, it was more a stater portion than a main course! The pool had kids swimming lessons, but it’s only small, so not ideal to have a chunk roped off. The bedroom was unbearably hot, we were given a fan but it didn’t help much and the cold tap only came out with hot water, the hot tap was scorching. Room size good, bed comfortable, other guests reasonably quiet. Outside seating area good. Would be nice to be able to go through to the pool but you have to go downstairs to get a member of staff to let you in. Gym, it a bad selection of equipment. Beach 15 min walk, clean and good facilities, Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
