This was my first time staying at this hotel and it will be last. The hotel staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room it self was tiny and had a smell. The bathroom was small. The carpet was dirty and so qas the blinds. The breakfast was bad. They didn't even have eggs.

We had a pet room which had carpet. As much as our dog was sniffing, it must not have been super clean.

The room smelled so bad the clock didn’t work nor the phone it took 12 hours for the leaking fridge to get my water chilled vending machine didn’t work and at breakfast the juice was warm but the bed was comfortable.. the window did open … and it was 120.00 ….. it did the job

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location had a lot of fast food/easy restaurants to go to. However, it was dirty and felt dirty. Pool window looked like there were bullet holes in them. However, we did feel safe. When I asked my kids if they loved it, they said it was the best hotel! Mind you they are 3 and 7 yrs old but they had fun and that is what is important along with proper treatment from staff. When we checked out the front desk staff gave my kids a treat for the road.

The room’s window opens (Actually… Opens!) to an expansive field of grass surrounded by mature trees... So, fresh air and nature are right here! The room provides all the basics, no things or prople are pretentious, the service is good, and all at a great low price. Plus, is close to my planned activities.

Maybe the area will be slated for improvement, as there is road construction nearby, but why are hotels not helpful with the idea of walking around and being able to serve people in wanting to get something to eat and sit outside after traveling all day? This area has a Starbucks close, but hard to walk to. Meanwhile, to have to hang out in the room was tough as the room smelled musty and actually felt damp. The a/c unit had black mould growing on it. And of course, mattress was old and saggy. This is typical in hotels, we find. Total bummer. Traveling is already potentially hard and unpleasant. There is opportunity here to make it feel better to be away from home!

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated but very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

Everything was average. But we were not looking for 5 star. We needed a clean, safe place to sleep for 1 night, and that is what we got. Room and common areas were clean, and the location was convenient to our event. I would stay again if I ever had a need to.

Our first room (I think room 112 or 114) had peeling paint and holes in the plaster above the air conditioner. Stains ran down the curtains. There were rust stains around the bottom of the toilet on the floor, and a stain inside the toilet indicating it hadn't been cleaned. The rug was so dusty and dirty it made me have an allergy attack.
I immediately requested another room (#204) which was better, but I won't stay at another Quality Inn. After paying $234.08 for a night I expect at least clean facilities.

The front desk staff were friendly and courtesy. When you walk into the room it smelled the carpet needs to be cleaned, the ice bucket top was dirty. The pool also needed to be cleaned. As for breakfast options maybe offer bagels and or toast.

The carpet in the room wasn’t clean. The bathroom was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra $35 for my dog, who had to sleep on dirty carpet.

I planned 7 months ahead of time to stay here for an ISU graduation and my rate was 1/2 of everyone else's that night.

Floor was dirty in bathroom and found a qtip on main bedroom rug. Also there were holes in wall above the fan and by the front door. We were on the first floor and our window did not lock. I believe the outside was permanent so no one could get in but made me very nervous. Breakfast was a waffle or you could microwave a croissant with meat and cheese. We won’t stay here again.

This place is dirty. Bathroom has hair on the floor and debris in the corners, the tub had dirt in it from the previous people. The room is small and cramped. The mini fridge in the rooms (I booked 2 king suites) were both not working. I’m pretty sure one of them is the first mini fridge made, it’s so old. Could use some serious updating. I didn’t like the place from the minute I came to the front desk, but it was too late to cancel. It also smells weird here.

Old and run down. I know sometimes we just need a cheap room to sleep in, but it was not ok. Lots of towels, which was nice. Hotel staff was friendly, but it just felt dirty and tired!

My only complaint is that the location is NOT "I-55 and I-74" as stated on the website. But that's a biggie because the Garmin couldn't find it. Once I did I realized it was in an area I was quite familiar with from prior trips. Please fix that.

My experience would’ve been better had the pool been open longer than just 9am-10am. The logic behind that notion is absurd. Say you have a pool to draw in customers only to keep it open for an hour…right before you’re supposed to check out? Seriously? Better off not even having a pool at all if that’s the scheme. And checking in was okay, but I didn’t appreciate being told where to park and what doors to use while getting my bags just because it’s snowing outside and it’s inconveniencing the front desk clerk to push a button. That was very audacious of the kid. I’d stay there again if they’d made the pool available towards the evening.
