we rented our room as we were in town for a wedding. It was way above our expectations. We will definitely be renting again where we're back in the area.

Check in was good but to get room key you were sent to another desk where you were persuaded to attend a time share talk it was a nightmare we were told it would be 90 minutes but was over 2 hours and when we said we were finished they said we couldn’t leave.
Never again will we stay at the resort worst ever

Review was going to be good until I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card. Disappointed with lack of communication at check-in regarding additional fees.

Property was ok, very dated and the seating was uncomfortable.. beds were comfortable. Kitchen amemtites were sufficient. Location was ok although lots of sitens all the time. Cost for parking was a surprise, $20US/day. Pool could of used a cleaning as there was a lot of debris from surrounding trees.

Everything was nice to get a away for my family celebration for ur boys birthday just an a hour to get there from we’re we leave.expect I did see on the appt is was tame shere we attempt to for an 90 minute for sales to bay a time shere wich I wasn’t happy a bout it my time was very limited to go back home but I will cheque nex time when I am booking.

I enjoy everything about this place. However, the policy of charging for parking at the hotel is ridiculous. My parking fee was waived after I attended a meeting and was offered some incredible vacation deals.
I will not be using Orbitz again. After booking a flight, the site directed me to book a car, which I assumed was at the same airport. Upon arriving at FLL airport and going to the rental counter, I was told that the car had been booked at Miami airport. I had to make another reservation. When I called Orbitz, they said they would not refund the money. That's disappointing! Never again

My family and I always do staycations here. It’s full of activities for the family and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The only thing that wasn’t noted during booking is that it didn’t mention the hold they will put on your card for $250 and having to pay for parking each night. Our room was beautiful! No complaints. We will be returning soon.

This property was EXCELLENT !!
We travelled with my family of 6. Small children and teenagers. Everyone had something to do. When we wanted to leave the resort for the beach, there was a free shuttle. It was a fantastic time. I highly reccomend!
**Also if they ask you to sit through a meeting for their program. DO iT!! We were rewarded 3 vacations and we did not purchase what they were selling.
So now we get 3 more trips!!

The property is old but has lots of free amenities to enjoy for a family. The location is 15 minutes to pompano beach pier. Time share people are VERY pushy but has good offers if you listen. Big condo just outdated.

Our room was never cleaned. Also this place is a time shared facility. When you check in they check your ID and then they send you to another desk where they charge you $40 and convince you to stay for a 90 minute sales pitch. After they promise to give you back the $40 and the parking fees.

Nice property. Room was better than expected. Good price. It was a little difficult to find our room as the front desk lady seemed impatient and didn’t give us enough directions to lead us directly to our room. Other staff were excellent though. For some reason, most of the friendliest staff claimed to be from the Caribbean- The Bahamas, Jamaica, etc.
Would stay again definitely.

The pressure of having to complete a 90 minute welcome meeting. The unexpected deposits the parking charges ant the rooms are dated and the rugs are sticky and not clean

Definitely needs to be refurbished. There for 5 days- no maid service- had to empty our own trash and call for fresh towels.

The kids loved the pool, the slide, the mini golf, free snow cone and the activities... I also loved the shuttle and free access to the sister property at the beach... Perfect for families! Well done!!! :)

We paid the full fee, nevertheless they put us in the Norman Bate's motel, outside the perimeter. My son had to cross two streets and walk 10 minutes to get a towel. A complete scam! Recomendable only to your worst enemy...

We had a good time at Wyndham resort. Staff always busy to help with lack of communication, but at times helpful. Pool was good just a lot leaves from rain and stuff. But my family and I had good time and enjoyed as much as possible.

1st interaction with reception staff on the right when you walk in. Staff: Poor and I was treated as I was there for a free timeshare vacation. My condo was paid for in full for the week. Not friendly and had me go back fourth between desks and waited 2 hrs till 4:30 pushing a presentation and tell me it was not ready. I was livid complained and its ready all of a sudden. 2nd interaction: staff at blue buliding in the phone unattentive and unhelpful.
Fire alarm goes off in building at 8am having to evacuate. Why someone frying fish. Other than that it was ok

This was the second time we visited this hotel. The first time we were there about a year ago, one of the two elevators was not working, and one of the exit gates was locked permanently. This time, the same elevator was not working for half of the time we were there, the same exit gate was still locked. Another exit to 27th Street was taped off half of our time there. The Ping Pong table was moved from a wider lobby to a poorly lit area, right in front of the entrance to the building.

All staff was very helpful and pleasant. However, one specific staff (Michel) went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were satisfied with our requests. I definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Did not know we were purchasing a stay from an owner of the resort. Which led to us being signed up for a timeshare seminar. Had to pay $20 a night to keep a vehicle on site. Was charged $40 if we did not attend the seminar. The building we stayed in was not cleaned very well. Elevator and outside Elevators always had trash. The room was clean but I would never recommend staying here if you are not a owner of the resort.
