Fabulous resort 👌 stayed in a club suite which was very nice and gave us access to the lounge which is a nice treat for breakfast or afternoon drinks and snacks. Golf courses are in top condition and a great choice of restaurants. Highly recommended be back soon!

The reception area is beautiful. The greeting from the staff was very courteous. The welcome drinks and fruit was a lovely touch

Excellent retreat out of the city

The hotel is very nice but expensive. 90euros for the Sunday buffet. We have used the hotel for many years and I do think that they should look at their pricing it is a holiday resort not a business hotel in the city. It was not busy.

This is a lovely place to stay, but I would avoid when it is out of season as there is no outside pool and if you bring children it’s adults only. Not a golfer, so also not the ideal choice, but the hotel is fabulous. Food is delicious, but overpriced

A fantastic 5 star hotel. Superb food, and great views as surrounded by golf courses. Good activities for children too. Staff all very friendly. Not ideal for the beach, as have to have a car or transport. It is expensive though. The only criticism I have though is that there is only one fairly large family pool. They have a separate adult only pool, and a spa pool for adults only. As a hotel that markets itself as a a family friendly hotel I think they should add a second family pool as opposed to also trying to market to the adult only traveller at the same time

We arrived late at the hotel so no-one to help us with bags or valet the car. Check in was quick and easy. Room was in a central location and was spacious enough for the three of us. The room smelled of smoke and the toilet seat was broken - these were reported in the morning but nothing was done for our three day stay. I wouldn't have mentioned it in the review if they had sprayed the room and fixed the toilet when reported. The bed wasn't that comfortable - they could do with some thick new mattress toppers. Bars and restaurants were very good and the refurbishment does look good compared to what the hotel looked like previously. The Grand Club is great for afternoon drinks (4.30pm to 6.30pm) but there is very little in the way of food/snacks. Once the food is gone they don't put more out. We only bothered to go once during our stay. We would stay again because of the location but disappointing that they didn't action issues when they were raised.

I travelled with a friend to attend a tennis coaching course. We both had double rooms for single use. The conditon of my room (351) was appalling. Loose tiles, mould, smell of sewage, chipped and tired furniture, stained carpets, stained and ripped headboard. The handheld shower did not work, the shower did not drain. A litany of sub standard items. This is classed as 5 star, I paid £190 per night. I have stayed in very many hotels, including five star hotels, this one is not even a bad three star hotel. The breakfast was OK, although the buffet food was not kept chilled (cheeses, sausages etc, fruit often overripe and inedible). We were told the hotel will be refurbished sometime soon. I felt taken advantage of. The hotel owners dont seem to understand how difficult it is to retain customers, and how expensive.

Lovely hotel and staff looked after us again so well. My partner played golf each day and I joined on South course which was lovely. Just as well we played early as a one off thunderstorm came in during the afternoon! The Piano bar was great atmosphere on Saturday night with guy playing songs getting most up and dancing and singing ! We will be back !

Whilst the property is a little tired (a full refurbishment programme starts in November though), the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious in all the restaurants.

The staff made our stay for family birthdays very memorable.

Very nice hotel

When we checked in David was very professional and helpful. We had a lovely room with a great view. All the staff very friendly and accommodating. My only issue was the water in the bathrooms was either freezing cold or scalding hot!

Golf resort in nice settings

Love this hotel. Special. Friendly. Great service everywhere, especially, Reception, restaurant and Bar. Excellent cleanliness. Peaceful. Well maintained grounds. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Although our stay was short, we had very mixed impressions. The hotel was busier than expected, lots of families with children running around the corridors. Not the quiet relaxing break we hoped for. Reception staff needs curstomer focussed training. We were left waiting while two of them were dealing with one party. Mask wearing indoors in Spain is compulsory at the moment, but this was not reinforced in the hotel. This made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was super busy and staff seemed overworked, dealing with everyone there and also room service orders. Everything felt rushed. Food selection and quality was good. Wifi was unreliable, not what we would expect. The room was nicely presented, clean and beds had beautiful linen. Unfortunately there was a strong disinfectant smell and bathroom appeared in need of maintenance (especially grouting in the shower). The complementary wine was appreciated. Our view was lovely, overlooking the golf course. We have stayed in 4 different hotels in Spain during this holiday (all cheaper than this) and they have all been superior in many aspects. Our overall experience here was underwhelming, not likely to return as it was not good value for money.

Hotel was great but breakfast was not very good as poor choice and ran out of croissants by 9.15 and bread was dry. Hot breakfast was not very nice either, cold and reheated by chef to order. I would highly recommend hotel but avoid the breakfast until Covid pandemic is over.

Great property, clean and friendly staff . Well kept grounds

The setting is great; and the immediate access to the North and South courses is excellent. The staff were generally friendly and willing to help. But a five-star hotel by international standards? No. Hotel room felt in need of refurbishment; and the bathroom had a strong sulphurous smell. Hotel bar and restaurants were adequate but far from outstanding. The spa was unnecessarily far from the hotel and clearly allowed public access. All in all, it was fine but not much better than fine.

I like the diversity of the complex; maintanance could de better
