There was no elevator so I had to cancel my stay as medical issues I couldn't do stairs to the third floor and then the beds were in a loft . The washroom was below the bedroom so would have to go down again. No enough information when on the site about the hotel

Sauna and hot tub, not working. This was not stated on the web site/app used for booking. Since there are dozens of hotels in this area, I chose this one because of the hot tub and sauna.

Checking in and out was great! The people at the desk were really friendly and helpful. The water temperature would fluctuate from comfortable to scalding hot or ice cold as soon as the room next door ran water. I got to experience this during a shower, which was fun... The heat pump panel wasn't speaking to the heat pump itself and the thermostat stayed around 26 all evening, so sleep was difficult. There was a small desk fan in the room but it did not work. Overall, the stay was not worth the price of the room.

For starters the front desk agent took forever to see us. The room look sketchy, the pillows were very hard, the hot tub wasn’t working, you could hear every noise around the room. The breakfast was good

Older place and could definitely use updating. BUT everything in our room worked, the place is clean as a whistle, and the staff are efficient and eager to please. We would certainly stay again.

Room had a broken down fan. No air conditioning as advertised so the loss of the fan made for an uncomfortable stay. Damaged walls, heater, prevalent. It will be our first and last stay.

We were put into a room where the toilet had over flowed and left the rug wet. They told us at 9 pm that the toilet had not overflowed the night before but that they were just cleaning rugs and that was why it was wet. The front desk attendant assured us, even though we had said the toilet was not flushing right they insisted there was nothing wrong. Then at 3 in the morning the entire rug in our room was under water and we had to move. The hotel refused to pick up our room at a different place for the rest of the night and left us in a real bind finding and moving to a new facility. The manager of the hotel would not answer the phone and when we finally got ahold of her two days later she hung up on us when we tried to discuss anything with her. We are hiring a lawyer over this

This is my second stay there and I enjoyed each visit. Beds are comfy. No AC but I felt safe enough to open my door to cool it down. There was lots to do onsite. Mini golf. Gym. Pool. The hot tub was out of service which was disastrous. My room had a pile up of dirt behind the door and I’m sharing this because I noticed a lot of young cleaners and I want them to be aware so when they go stay somewhere they will get the same level of service they give. Breakfast is pretty standard but lots of variety. The location is about 15 min from downtown but there are things to do. I prefer being away from heavy traffic so the location was perfect for me. There were food and stores that did delivery or a short drive

There is an indoor pool, however, it is also used by the general public as a public pool. In our opinion it should be for guests only especially during peak seasons as it isn't huge.
They offer a continental breakfast which was good.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the room had a small fan.
There is a busy restaurant/ pub right next door and the food was great.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help us out with a request.
Our room was outdated but clean.

The property was okay but the decor was dated. A consumer should expect more for the rates charged. There were some issues on check in but the staff was very quick and helpful in sorting it out. The breakfast facilities were fine. These are no smoking issues but some guests would smoke on their balconies. As there are no air conditioners or heat pumps smoke would unpleasantly drift in open windows. The open windows also allow in traffic noise and yelling and slamming doors at 3:30 AM from other guests who I suspect were returning from a party elsewhere.

Needs updating. It's very hot in the summer as there's no air conditioning and there aren't any screens on the window or patio door, so the bugs come in if you open them. It's right across the road from the ocean, and the kitchenettes are handy.

Parking area is a little difficult to maneuver with a larger vehicle. Very friendly staff, Michael who was managing the breakfast dining area was amazing & helpful & friendly.

Pros: Beautiful location with scenic views. Pool, mini golf, and ping pong for entertainment.
Cons: Outdated rooms with no a/c. Pool is closed on Sundays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. for maintenance (I find this choice of day/time to be quite odd to schedule maintenance). There is supposed to be breakfast included with the stay however the chef called in sick and they cancelled breakfast for both days (Saturday and Sunday). I think a couple of packs of doughnuts would have gone a long way with all of the disappointed guests. Overall it would be ok for a night or 2 but would not book longer than that.
