The room had a stale cigarette smell to it. The carpet as well as the bedding had stains on it. There were sunflower seeds, dirt, hair and little pieces of trash on both the bathroom floor and the main area floor. There were only 2 small square pillows for each bed. It was a disappointing stay and the room was filthy upon arrival. Would not recommend.

Is across from train tracks, but surprisingly very quiet. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only really not good thing was the elevators were broken. It was just a mild inconvenience for my family , but would be very difficult to impossible for some. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

There was no elevator to the second floor. Which was never stated in the description of the facility. This caused some issues in getting luggage to the room which was on the second floor.

Awesome beds and room. Grandsons loved the bunk beds in room. Granddaughter loved the kiddie pool, we loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good too. Will stay here again.

I booked our room 3 months in advance, only to be told when we arrived that our room had been given to someone else. We were told by the desk worker that our ONLY option was to take a room with a bed and a pullout couch, instead of 2 beds. He also said that getting a room elsewhere would be almost impossible because of some event that was happening. We were told that it would be at a discounted rate, but never received the discount even after 3 calls with different staff members, both before and after we had checked out. My friend and I had to share a bed, as there were no linens for the pullout couch. The room we were given was dirty (see pictures) and not well maintained, the only good thing was that the shower was hot and water pressure was good. Overall this place was a huge disappointment, I wouldn't waste your money.

The power was out when we arrived but the checkin was seamless and the staff was very helpful in getting us into our room. The facility was better than I had expected for the price paid, it had a great pool and hot tub and the bed was comfy and the AC worked well after the power came back on about half an hour after we checked in.

Very happy with this hotel and all it had to offer. Clean environment and upscale soft bedding. You can hear the trains, as the hotel is across the street from some tracks, but it wasn’t unbearable. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was perfect and more than I expected it to be. Hot and cold options.

The room was on the 2nd floor, but the King Bed room for Hotels.com did not have elevator access. However, the suites in the new section did have elevator access. This was disappointing. We stayed in 3 hotels on this trip without elevator service.

It was a nice motel. Breakfast was good. Room was not the cleanest. Bed sheet had stains and the was something splattered on the wall and an old used inhaler under the bunk bed

The staff was friendly. The room was clean other than toenail clippings underneath the reading desk. My generator was taken overnight out of the back of my truck that was parked in the parking lot of the hotel. It’s my observation that that area Is not secure with all the other businesses in the area with half dirt lots and few street lights I would definitely not recommend this area

It was overpriced for the room. Carpet needed to be cleaned 6 month ago and the bedding smelled of Clorox. Breakfast was as minimal as they could make it and the hours it was served made it in assessable to many late night check-ins.

It was a great place. Honestly when I walked in to check in I was a little skeptical. It was a little dark and the color scheme was dated but everything was actually really awesome. Our room had two queen beds and it also had two bunk beds tucked away we didn’t even know we were getting. It was a pleasant surprise and they took up so little space I am so surprised that isn’t a more common thing. Breakfast was good as well and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Things are a bit old, but it was quiet. The front desk staff were nice. Housecleaning forgot to sweep the bathroom floor from the previous occupants. Otherwise it looked clean.

It sounded like someone was unlocking the door all night, the toilet ran every time anyone near us flushed theirs, the shower dripped all night, the sheets and comforter were dirty, and there was food left in the fridge. It looked like someone was already checked in to the room and had been there a few days. It did not look like a clean room ready to be checked in to.

The location was pretty good, places to eat and have a drink nearby! Unfortunately, I had a small trailer and the parking area was basically a mud pit! I checked in early in the day like 3 PM and needed to get some sleep, the noise was too much for me to handle ended up leaving around 8 PM with no sleep, The gal at the front desk asked me if there was a problem and I said it’s too noisy to sleep here, although I did understand maybe it wasn’t everyone’s sleeping hours. It was extremely loud. She didn’t seem to care much.

Our room was perfect for kiddos- twin bunk beds, in addition to the typical 2 queen beds. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was super convenient!
