Called ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be after midnight on my check-in because we were in town working a show at the US Bank Amphitheater we tried to check in about 3:00 in the morning and they would not allow us to check in and making our room away to someone else even though we had already paid for it. Annoyed with us and he was treating us very poorly over the phone and in person

Employees were friendly, but the place as a whole is not that good. One of the beds in our room had a very sagging mattress. Good thing there was only three of us, so no one had to sleep on that side of the bed. Not the best, but it’s affordable, especially if you have your furry friend with you.

This Motel 6 was under construction and had zero TV service the entire 5 days we were there. Only one ice machine worked (on the 3rd floor) and the vending machine worked very sporadicly. I’d recommend bring your own every thing. There were a lot of residents of the motel vs hotel guests. There’s a microwave in the lobby so that’s good to know.

Absolutely disgusting. After a long visit at Mayo Clinic we came here. Booked online since it looked good. Hair, blood and more on every single shower, gum on the floor, beds stained and ripped. Hair stuck to the walls, rusty shiwers and windows, filthy, sticky floors, 2 sheets and no blankets. People doing drugs in the parking lot. I want a Full refund. My husbands a disabled war veteran and fought for our country and this is so insulting.

Terrifying. Fully armed masked guard at the door. Clerk offered a bribe for a favorable review.

I did not feel safe at this motel. Other guests were rude and loud. There was damage just about everywhere. However, the front desk clerk was polite, the room, though lacking in amenities, was clean and pretty quiet.

There were cops arresting people and prostitues offering their "services". I asked for a non smoking room and the bed sheets smelt like smoke.

Property was run down. Bathroom tiles were dirty and gapped. But it reflects the neighborhood it's in.

Staff was very friendly, kind and understanding. Property had some uncomfortable activity going on in the parking lot and Room smelt like cigarettes which ultimately we decided to not stay the night as we did not feel comfortable/safe in the hotel.

We saw a Bed bug in three room we had reserved, and immediately called the front desk to show him. then we canceled our Reservation. It’s really bad experience. The front desk ask customer to review them 5 stars

Room cigarette smells. Marihuana everywhere, parking lot dirt and very weird people around. This is a shame for a Motel 6 franchise. Very disappointed, the staff were friendly but the property is going downhill.

I got ate up by bed bugs and they didn’t want to refund my money and called police on me because I called corporate about the bed bugs

It was horrible the customer service skills sucks beyond any business I have ever known. I will never ever return there my reservation wasn't even in the books I am beyond blew. Also the front desk phone didn't even ring.

Slept with bed bug after paying $100.00 for a night

The help at the desk was helpful. We had 3 rooms and 2 had to change rooms due to no air and a missing toilet seat. They charge an extra $100 for security. 2 of 3 of our party had it refunded but the third has not yet and we did no damage. The beds are fine but only have sheets. Top floor has that familiar skunk smell.

I understand this is a bargain hotel but the first room has no AC the second room had no blankets or shower curtain. The faucet was not installed correctly and just wobbled around in the top. There were visible cobwebs in the corners and the sheets were stained. The driest give away should have been the masked armed guard in the lobby but at 11:30 I was not about to look for a new hotel. If I had a car I would have slept in there rather than the room. The next day my clothing still smells like cannabis. Again I understand it was a low budget option but the filth is unacceptable.

My stay was cancelled shortly after being reserved. This happened to 10 other reservations within my hour of waiting in the lobby. Your employee kept reopening the room and then telling people that their stay was cancelled due to being overbooked. However, your employee did not actually cancel rooms, would not provide proof of cancellation, and likely listed customers as no shows in order to get their money.

I had my expectations set low to begin with, but the room was so far below anything I could imagine. There were dead flies everywhere, your shoes literally stuck to the floor, the tub was disgusting with black mold all around the corners. It was so stark and depressing. We left immediately and found another hotel. This place is disgusting. The staff at check in were competent and friendly. It’s just the room was so bad, I just couldn’t.

The floor was filthy in the room. I wore clean white socks for about five steps and they were brown. Room smelled like weed and filth. Air conditioning blew slightly warm and humid air. Gunshots heard in the area. Might have been better off sleeping at the airport…

TV didn't work and was never fixed, even though we stayed 3 nights, decor was stained and broken.2 lights were broken and not replaced the area had lots of construction going on and I lot of shady people were always in the parking lot. The one thing they did properly was have video and security of the parking lot

I paid to reserve a room. My plane was delayed and I got to there in 2:30 Am. They give my room to someone else and told me no room available. they made me wait for 20 minutes then told me there is no room for me. Then I made more than 30 calls could not find a room. Endup I stayed in a compact car. The front desk checked and said there 11 rooms with either electricity or water or some problem.

The property was in poor condition but that’s what you get for a cheap hotel! The cleanliness was decent. Staff is nice and accommodating.

It was dirty. The only cleaning done in between guests was making the bed. There was a cockroach.

Unclean and staff were unresponsive

Don't try to check in at 3pm, rooms aren't ready until 3:30. But don't worry, you won't be able to find a front desk agent to check in at that time anyway. Once one came to assist me, I was told that I'd get a discount on the security deposit for giving them a five star review before checking in, or seeing the room and mentioning Vam by name. I refused. Despite informing them of the two people in the room and needing two keys, I was only provided one, which wasn't programmed to be active my entire stay, only the first day. First room had a hole in the wall, fire damage to the box spring, candy wrappers under the bed, and two of the three light fixtures were missing light bulbs. The room also smelled of something spoiled. The second room I received after complaining had a greasy floor and a non working TV. The property has to have armed security guards in bullet proof body armor at night.

When you first pull in its very shady. The two staff I met and spoke to were friendly & skilled. The whole building is humid and has the smell and oppressiveness of that. The room was clean but had NO extras. No blow dryer, one of the lamps did not work and the bedside outlets were loose enough my chargers wouldn't stay plugged in. The A/C "worked" as far as coming on and blowing air. Beyond that it was useless, it badly needs to be serviced or replaced. All it did was circulate the stale humid air in the room.
