Heating in room was noisy. I could hear airplanes landing from airport nearby.

Our stay at your hotel was average. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. There was an odd odor throughout the hotel. The thing that upset me was the night before we requested an airport shuttle for the morning. We requested it for 7:00am. We got down to the lobby at 7:02 and he was gone! come on 2 minutes late. My husband then called an Uber. The front desk called the shuttle back but by that time our Uber had already arrived. The funny thing the shuttle had no one in it! He couldn't have waited for us.

It was comfort

The heating was a little issue. The room was very cold regardless if I raised the temperature. It was a like a fan blowing cold air.

Wonderful room and friendly staff. Walking in the residential area across the street is safe. Airport shuttle service is great.

Could hardly find parking the day we got there. We finally found one place way out back in a gravel parking lot. We had no luggage cart to take our things upstairs. When I finally go hold of one, a girl on the front desk said she would hold one for us while I went back up for my car key. When I got back down, it was gone. She said the manager was using it for something. We then had to wait AGAIN for it. We were exhausted after driving 9 hours to get there. I also had a pinched nerve in my hip and was in a lot of pain. After having to get the luggage cart over the gravel, to the car, my hip was even worse. I asked the front desk girl if I had to pay for this parking and she said no. The following night, we had to sit in our car for 20 minutes while the parking lot emptied out from people who they had rented out the parking places to. I was exhausted. I had worked a 10 hour day.night. The next day, I got a bill for almost $50 for our parking. I asked the manager about it, and she said everyone paid for parking. I said the girl at the desk said I wasn't getting charged for parking and she repeated very rudely that everyone had to pay for parking. There were other issues as well, but I found it insulting that they rent out their parking lot to people seeing concerts at the venue almost next door, making it difficult for their guests to find parking, and also to even get into the parking lot because people are leaving and blocking it with their cars. Other staff members were rude!

Very comfortable bed and room. Front desk service was excellent, dining room food was good but nothing special.

Shuttle needed not clear; very stressful when van only had one driver and multiple hotels to do pickup, But driver was SUPER nice.

It was a good overnight. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Extra counter and bench (like a makeup counter) were a great addition in our room. The only missing was a microwave. We thought there would be one in our room from what we read while booking the room.

Did a 2day trip w/my boyfriend for my birthday & we definitely enjoyed our stay. My favorite thing was the blackout shades. They certainly kept out the sunlight in the morning…couldn’t even tell it was daylight outside, LOVED THAT. The bed was comfy, room was clean. It didn’t have a blow dryer tho I noticed. And the person at the front desk didn’t tell us about what time breakfast was served or check out time. Parking wasn’t plentiful. So beware of that. But overall, a clean & overall pretty good hotel. Oh yeah, there is a Target right up the road incase you need anything..

Very poor service no room service I had to go and acquire towels

Nice hotel with a bar and menu for easy snack. Great room with a nice shower and makeup table. Close to Chicago airport.

Outrageous parking fee of $19.00 per night which was not disclosed during booking process

There was a hair on the clean towel available in the shower. All else was fine. The rest of the towels were clean.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms excellent front desk service. Good breakfast. Only one thing couldn’t locate any towels for the shower. Not a big deal for me.

The listing for how much it is to park. It is incorrect. On hotels.com it says $20. We were told by the lady at desk $19 but then was charged $25!!! It ended up being over $100 after exchange rate to park for three days. When called and spoke to person they just said it is what it is. Breakfast was meh and the person who checked us in was rude, refused to give us two hotel keys. We only were allowed one. And then when we asked about parking she threw a parking tag at us partially filled out and of course told us the wrong price.

Did not care for their complimentary breakfast. Very limited options. Needs more vegetarian friendly options.

This hotel has very large rooms! My room was right next to the elevator and I NEVER heard a sound.

They didn't have all 3 rooms from my hotels.com reservation. Frustrating. Other than that, clean and the pool was nice. Better than the other hotel we stayed at on our return flight.

Its overall an average hotel

We asked for extra pillows and dudn't get them. Tried calling again for something else and no answer. No baty towels in room.

Better than expected

It was ok, but there are probably better hotels in the area. Highway noise 24/7. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable when asked questions. Shuttle driver was in a hurry. Restaurant wasn’t open during hours on the QR code in the room. Random stranger knocked on my door after midnight. No crosswalk in front of hotel to cross street safely. Positives: mini fridge, breakfast included, Lobby is comfortable, has a small gym and pool.

This is the perfect hotel to stay when attending an event at the all-state arena. It's reasonably priced, very clean with a great staff and it is right next to the arena. I would stay here every time I go to the All-State Arena.

Nice clean place, the room was roomy and the washroom was very clean. Unfortunately the room backed onto a freeway and the constant drone of vehicular traffic kept me up at night.
