very good place and staff

The hotel location was pretty convenient, I just think that our room was a little dated, our bed was a little worn out but we e love the location and the beach, the best beach for our liking.

Unpleased i was charged twice for breakfast i paid cash and was charged to the room. Other then that place is ok

Fanatastic Beach

The location is perfect but they need better communication with the customer because if you don’t ask they will charge you for stuff that you didn’t know and the beds are too small on the booking says queen size but in reality they are full size. Other than that everything good.

A bad experience… they don’t treat you the same if you do the reservation with Expedia or any others but with them. The Room didn’t have how to lock the balcony, the bathroom dirty, and the blankets also dirty. I requested towels for the beach and they said I had to wait because they were out of towels.

The rooms are a little outdated but nothing beats the beautiful beach and customer service. I will definitely be back to this hotel on my next vacation to Cancun!

The location is excellent. Beach views are amazing. When booking w/ expedia they gift you or give you discounts on things.

I liked the beach.

This is a great place for families or people who are on a budget. We choose not to get the all inclusive option because we don’t drink and we prefer to eat at a different restaurants every day. We did eat at two restaurants located in our hotel which was the Mexican restaurant and the one that serves breakfast. The Mexican restaurant was a full 5 star restaurant with top notch service, entertainment and food , very memorable The second restaurant is the main restaurant which serves buffet breakfast and it was good but could be better . The beach at this hotel is absolutely amazing with a ton of chairs and shaded areas. Same with the pool area but it is more difficult to get a shaded long chair on weekends. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( maybe too helpful because they kept on knocking at our door to ask if we needed anything ) I have to add something important about the room , we noticed the the air conditioning never worked well and there was a constant feeling of high humidity and a slight scent of mold / musty odor. The musty odor transferred to everything we had in the room including our clothes that we didn’t use . I think they definitely need to improve their air conditioning system.

Do not stay here. The people who stay at this resort are incredibly rude and no one tips; this has fostered an all around HORRIBLE service from the staff. People fighting people to get on the trolley, people fighting people to eat at the buffet like animals. The staff is super unfriendly and they do not accommodate anyone for anything. The food is terrible as other reviews have mentioned. Do not bother booking the restaurants because it is the SAME buffet food just displayed differently. Trust me when I tell you, run away from this resort at ALL cost and take your family somewhere nice. Staff is very unfriendly and rooms had flies in them. The fridge does not work in 2/3 rooms we booked. The people at the counter told us it’s just for show. Not exaggerated, this is the level of service we experienced the entire time here.

Bathroom need to update

The property common areas were nice. The location was perfect and the beachnwas absolutely amazing. They rooms need to be upgraded. Inwould give the rooms 3out of 5. The reaort i would rate a 4.

I booked all inclusive and was charged for every meal and drink, very disappointed

The beach

The property is outdated and rooms & bathrooms need repainting (stained with rust). We reserved it for price and location to dining and shopping in the Cancun party centre. This is the only plus. I won’t recommend. I guess you get what you pay for. Multiple times in a day their sales person approach us to present about their vacation packages.

The property it’s clean. It’s very close to other hotels and dining nearby. They have good amenities however, the property does need some remodeling. It’s outdated, especially inside the rooms.

Property is nice but really need renovations badly elevators was leaking water when it rain then it was out of service and there is 8 floors and i was on the 7th floor with my mother who turn 60 and 2 year old daughter there was no wash clothes and appliances had alot of rust on shower and drains was bad and my 1st room was leaking water from ceiling but staff was nice and switch my room but need renovations but pool beach and lobby nice and clean and great place but need renovations in appliances in rooms

Great location. Beautiful views. Right on beach. Well set out. Great food. Noisy at night with beach party music.
