I loved everything about my stay except there was a point where I wondered if I was in a Hotel or a kennel. Now I realize that a lot of the world has shifted to having dogs instead of kids, so my comments will be grouped in the minority and ignored. However, not all of us like dogs in the house, and certainly not in the hotels we stay in. Why can't people stay in hotels, and dogs stay in a kennel ? It just turns my stomach when I go to get in the elevator to go to my room, and some lady comes out of the elevator with a dog who tries to leap up on my pants. Yes the dog was on a leash, but she did little to control it. And she thought it was all very funny or cute. I thought it was disgusting. So tell me.......if the people who like horses make a big enough fuss, is your hotel group going to bow to social pressure and allow horses in the hotel ? Or if dairy farmers who have to milk their cows every day could just bring them to the hotel, they could milk and vacation at the same time. I mean, really, is there no hotel chain that has the gumption to stand up for what is right and decent, or are all you just going to the dogs ?

Clean and near lots of food and shopping options.

Had a handicapped room booked for me, my brother and our elderly father. The room is very small and hard to maneuver with a wheel chair, but the bathroom was huge (big plus). There was also not room for a roll away bed as we requested. The shower curtian did not reach the floor, so water went all over the floor of the entire bathroom (major con). Shower had a removeable sprayer head for the handicapped, but you put it in it's place, and it is not adjustable so you were getting sprayed in the face if you wanted to take a normal shower. Overall disappointed in the room that was designated as handicapped accessable. But very friendly staff, and the proximity to the lobby was great. Quiet room, despite the proximity to the lobby.

Loved the happy hour reception. Also appreciated the later closing time (11pm) for the pool and hot tub - it bugs me that most places close the facilities at 10pm

Typical Holiday Inn Express quality we’ve come to expect.

The hotel was great. Unfortunately for us it was a tournament weekend. As soon as we walked in we were bombarded with kids. They were running around everywhere. We couldn’t enjoy the free breakfast because it was packed with kids. There wasn’t enough room, so we missed out on that 2 of the 3 days we were there. The pool was also overflowing with kids. They were also running up and down the hallway so we couldn’t even enjoy the time in our room.

We just needed a place for one night. The man at the front desk was helpful and kind. Our room was clean. We would stay again.

What a beautiful property! The outside area was gorgeous, and the room was spacious.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The bed had a huge sinkhole in it. The carpet was so dirty. Our feet were sticky after walking across it and there was a chair in the corner that was so dirty. The rest were black from somebody’s greasy hands is what it look like, I called and talked to a manager the following day after we checked out I think her name was Abby. She said she was gonna go up to the room and look at it and call me back and she never did and didn’t stay in the room we were so tired from our travel , we just had to get some sleep, but we were very terrified about getting bedbugs. We travel at least 2 1/2 months out of every year consistently and we use this hotel chain and I have never seen any hotel room in any chain this bad.

I don’t understand why this hotel in Janesville didn’t have bacon in their breakfast almost every holiday inn I go to as bacon and it impresses me and then when I go and have a terrible breakfast, it’s far less enjoyable

Staff was great! Breakfast accommodations were fantastic! Easy to access right off the highway. Love that there is still a hot tub there!

The free breakfast was awful.

The breakfast area was busy so some of the food was not warm. Sausage was cold. Apple juice was warm. Body wash in shower was empty. We just slept there so bedding and bed were comfortable and clean.

It was and always is a great place to stay. Our only complaint would be to get the guide fixed on the tv. Very frustrating when the numbers on the guide are not the ones on the tv. Other than that it was great.

Attended a martial arts tournament there and it was easy access to the tournament facility just down a hallway to the convention center at the facility.

Everything was very nice. The staff was quite accommodating. Breakfast was good.

This location looks as though they have been making renovations, but aren’t done. The staff was nice, the room was great, but there were some questionable oversights. Our door needed a bit of a shoulder push to open, the ceiling tile and wall paper outside the elevator had giant pieces damaged and peeling off the wall, and while swimming with my son in the pool, the giant light fixture under the water came detached and floated up between us. For the price you pay, the remodel should be done first.

I reserved two rooms and we checked in to the rooms separately as a family because we were coming from different cities and we wound up on the first floor for one room and 3rd floor for the other. We always pack as we are going to share things because our rooms have always been next to each other. They should have reserved the room next to the one that my husband checked into earlier in the day. It made our stay difficult to be on different floors.
