The hotel was clean, offered a room with a jetted tub in the room, and after traveling for 14 hours i needed it. The thing i appreciated the most was how helpful and nice the front desk lady was. I believe her name was Kwanna or Quanna. She was super friendly and helpful.

Has to be one of our worst stays yet. Sheets, pillows and cover were badly stained. When asked for new sheets and pillow so we could change them, we were treated rudely by the staff. Then found unwanted friends in our room and had to argue to get another room.
Pool felt like there should have been ice floating in it.

We stopped here for 2 nights, mainly to break up two back to back days of long driving. The place is comfortable, clean, and has a basic gym, all of which are appreciated. It's right by a gas station, restaurant, and fast food place, which made everything about our in-and-out stay very convenient.

I appreciated the location of the cooling system to the bed. The shower curtain was installed on a curved rod so I didnt have to fight the curtain while showering and the showerhead was an appropriate height for me - 5'10. Walking distance to a Culver, Mexican restaurant, gas station/convenience store. Parking available for those pulling trailers and driving uhaul trucks.

Absolutely horrible experience I would rate them a zero. They advertise something very different than what you get! Can’t get any refund by Wyndham have to contact the property who doesn’t have a manager unless you call and speak with staff which good luck with that! I was supposed to have adjoining rooms I called a month ago didn’t get them, the room was disgusting had a hole in the wall spiders were coming out of, toilet didn’t work, overall worst experience ever.

The bed sheets were very damp. It was so uncomfortable that I got less than an hours sleep. Then, looking forward to a hot shower, I discovered that the towels were also cold and damp. Folks, its the details that always make a difference and in this instance you failed.

The lobby staff was very friendly and attentive. The room needed a good overall cleaning. And the sheets were dingy. Our TV didn't work and they came and fixed it right away, however, the TV didn't work in the fitness room and there wasn't a sign that said it didn't work and they didn't fix it. The breakfast leaves something to be desired...it would be nice to have hot items.. not eggs and sausage that getsl heated in the microwave.

Convenient to the highway, area restaurants, and the hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were several issues in the room: the lights wouldn't turn on initially, it took forever to get any hot water even though I showered at 4:30 am, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the sheets felt strange; I wonder what they were washed in. The continental breakfast was not much to it to offer. I passed on that.

We got there and went to our room to find the door propped open. We went in and found that the entire carpet was wet. They couldn’t move us due to the hotel being full. There was also mold on the ceiling in one spot. They said they couldn’t do anything for us because we booked through Hotels.com.

The person doing the breakfast was extremely rude, and grabbed an item I was holding and ripped it out of my hands. Horrible service. If you can't be a decent human being you shouldn't be working with people.

The only thing they could change is leave a phone book in the room, that way you could use it to find restaurant in the area, that deliver to the motel

We had a decent stay here. It’s conveniently located and in a nice, quiet area. The rooms and hotel were clean. Our bathtub drain seem to be slow draining but no big deal.

When checking in we had an issue that got solved eventually but overall wasnt impressed. Than got to room and the bathtub looked like it had a crack on the bottom of it. Couldnt even soak in the tub. Breakfast was good but you had to heat everything yourself which is fine but would be nice to have a sign telling ypu how long to put thing's in microwave for

I found it annoying every night I returned to the facility, my card failed to work. I had to return to the desk and get it renewed. The 1st time, I was asked if I had a note from house cleaning? I said no. I was told they wanted access to my room every other day to clean. I was not asked but rather was being told I had to. I informed them that I was the only one there and was only there to sleep and shower. The room did not need cleaning, so access was not needed. I later learned there has been a history of vandalism from others that were say....not the best people. I'm 63, polite, respectful and not of questionable appearance. I would suggest staff are to be better trained in those they are concerned about.
