Knew there were renovations at hotel but whole hotel covered in scaffolding, making the building at night not clear. Not ideal in an unfamiliar city.
Bar and restaurant poor, the only good thing was room, but even that had a wrapped duvet -and the air con and hair dryer were not working when first arrived. Had to call engineer. Would not stay again, very poor value

Love, Love, Love this modern hotel! It is run so efficiently. The hotel is clean, convenient and economical. I highly suggest looking at their website at all the amenities offered. They also have a hotel in NYC we will stay at during our visit to NYC for the Christmas holidays.

The property is under renovation 10/2024. You will not see a fine entrance or lobby with comfortable seating options. The lovely garden dining space access was obscured by plastic tarps and not open. After check in, unbearable construction noise sounded like it was in our room about 2 PM. We had to leave the room. Management did respond well, provided gifts and offered to change our room.
The hotel is very well located walking distance from the Louvre and Marais district. Staff cordial and helpful. Our room was modern and well appointed. Room prices were consistent with a 4 star hotel. The construction should have been disclosed and our room should not have been rented during construction next to it.

Very difficult to get to with a car. Hotel being renovated - staff are clearly stressed and irritated. Reception staff were very pleasant when we had some problems. The temporary entrance feels very unsafe at night due to the volume of homeless people and even human excrement on the street.
No one serviced our room in the time we were there - had to ask on both evenings, having been out all day, for new towels. These were given with no apology or explanation.
By the second night we were concerned it was because we were an LGBT couple and the people servicing the rooms didn’t want to service our room? We called reception and they said they would investigate and it was their problem. We left the hotel the next day feeling very uneasy.
Room was very tired - scratches in the paintwork, and our sink was broken on arrival (jammed closed) Maintenance did come and fix it when asked.
Don’t come here just now wait until the renovation is complete - the location is very central for lots of things to see, and the public transport is excellent from this location.

Despite the noisy area, our room was quiet. The staff was courteous. It was very convenient having a Metro station steps from the hotel.

Wonderful property, the staff were lovely, rooms were modern and clean and the location was amazing. Beds were ok, too soft, even the sofa beds for the kids were not firm enough. Otherwise everything was perfect

The location of this hotel is perfection. With access to the station and no shortage of restaurants and shopping around you as well. Walking distance to many landmarks. Would go back. Only complaint was issue with window in room so the evenings were loud

Nice hotel. Central, walkable close to the river, shopping and many dining options. You need to walk a block to/from taxi (since it is on pedestrian street). Staff at check was very helpful, getting us a room an hour earlier than check-in time, which was great, since we were coming straight from the airport and overnight flight, in dire need to rest and shower.

The property was good, and I would definitely stay there again. my only cons are that it can be loud at night due to walking traffic and people in the area, and the cleaning staff comes very late in the day. Other than that, we definitely recommend it!

Good Location and did not feel unsafe. The AC in two of the rooms did not work great. It was a bit stuffy in the room. The pillows are terrible. The view we got was of the dining room which is weird. I would skip breakfast in the hotel as it is expensive and not worth the quality nor quantity of what you get. In addition, if you do not speak french it is difficult to communicate with the servers.

We had an amazing 6 days stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles! Ideally located at the best metro/train station in Paris. Easy to get to absolutely any place in Paris.
The front desk staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. The room near perfect - well insulated so we never heard any noise from our neighbors or the hallway. Additionally, the windows blocked all noise from the street. Wonderful balcony/French doors overlooking Les Halles gave us the perfect breakfast spot.
The shower is among the best hotel showers I have tried - great temperature control and plenty of water pressure.
The only feature we were missing was a set of drawers for our clothes. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice.
We will consider this hotel for our future visits to Paris.

Lovely trip with my family, the staff on reception were so welcoming and helpful. Even giving out umbrellas to those who wouldn’t let the rain spoil Paris and towels to those who arrived wet! Also free ice creams available too-nice touch. Access to the metro is directly outside the hotel with just a short underground walk to the next stop.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and had great moulton brown toiletries. Good location, 10 min walk to the Pont Neuf and 15 mins walk to the Louvre. Plenty of restaurants and à boulangerie in the immediate vacinity.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The area (Les Halles) is bustling with tons of shopping and food options and easy access to the RER and Metro.

The location is very convenient, close to metro and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. But some amenities were missing in my room. The management apologized and provided the missing items after I mentioned it. Regardless, don’t think I’ll use this hotel again in my future trips to Paris. It needs some repairs and upgrades to meet the requirements for a 4 star hotel.

We had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to many of the attractions we had planned to visit. The area felt safe, which made our evenings out even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself was clean and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. What really stood out was the friendliness of the front desk staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile and made us feel very welcome.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Paris.

The location is excellent. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Metro is next door. Easy to walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The property is in great condition. The sofa bed pull out was fine for kids.

The breakfast restaurant was a little dirty, and they stopped restocking the food at the buffet after 10 ish. If you’re planning to have a breakfast there try to be there before 10, otherwise, you’ll have a limited food….

Great Stay! I was traveling with my two daughters and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of tourist sites were in walking distance, including the Louvre and Notre Dame de Paris. The breakfast was fantastic! Loved their specialty coffee machine and fresh croissants. Definitely would recommend and return in a heart beat. Thank you !

The hotel staff was super helpful. The hotel is located in the Paris downtown area and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. It’s also immediately adjacent to a metro station and within walking distance to the Louvre. Their breakfast is excellent!

Great location, close by to the Louvre and other sites. Right in front of metro also made it very convenient. The hotel seems a bit dated on the outside, but the rooms were decent. The hotel gym was okay, small and not much equipment. Overall it was a good hotel for our stay. They gave free ice cream in the afternoons which my kids and the adults appreciated! The lobby sitting area is a nice place to gather with our group.
