The A/C seemed not to be working was really hot in the lobby area. The room was dirty the bed was broken. When asked to be changed of room they couldn’t accommodate me. They did swapped the bed after my 2nd request. Breakfast was terrible. I would not stay there again.

No hot shower,had to move wall placemnet on wall to get a warm temp. Shower head is broken,dangling with zip ties around it. Ghetto

Pool was not clean. Sand and hair in areas. TV remote didn’t work to turn on and off or volume but did change channels. Asked someone to fix no resolution. 2 separate spots of hair behind door in bathroom. Breakfast was included was not anything special. Things ran out early and never replaced. Grass was overgrown. Looks like landscaping hasn’t been done in months. Back of hotel grass was knee high

The outside of Building looks rundown the security doors at the end. Do not lock completely busted. The pictures are valid. But there is apparently no grounds work being done. That along with the Exterior needing repair Gives you the Impression that you're overpaying. They're overall cleanliness was OK inside.

I didn’t stay at this facility because the property and facility was in very bad condition. The online photos were old and didn’t represent the hotel!

This place was terrible. Everything was dirty, tv didnt work, i pushed our door open without a key and had to pull with all my weight. Pubes in bathroom, drawers had tobacco or something else spilled in them. Stair section had holes in ceiling where birds pecked through, and never cleaned up. Never ever again

Picture do not show just how bad the exterior and interior feels so unsafe. The photos don’t look like it at all. Outside had alcohol bottles and people smoking illegal things. The area was not unkept at al. The room was dirty and smelled. The door would barely shut. I felt so unsafe with my two small kids we just left and didn’t stay. Checking in took 20 min and we couldn’t get anyone to answer our concerns.

I thought from the pictures that it was going to be a relaxing time. It was anything but. The room was dirty, the couch had stains, the ottoman was nasty with leather peeling in many spots. The bathroom faucet dripped the whole time, the bathroom walls had many stains, as with all of the walls. The tv remote worked sporadically. When I walked into the hotel, they had many industrial fans in it and it was so hot for days, in the hallways and in the room despite me setting the temperature below 60. The breakfast looked awful and when i looked for food, it was not there. Every night when I came back to the hotel and to my room, the room key did not work and I had to go downstairs and get a new key, one worker came upstairs and treated me like a kid, acting like I did not know what direction the key card was supposed to go in. Also, the lights in my room did not work, when i mentioned it, they stated that they would change the light bulbs in the morning, nobody ever came to do that and housekeeping did not come into the room any of the nights I was there to empty the trash. Also, the refrigerator had a huge buildup of ice and was not cold either, I was afraid to put my food in there. Also, the elevator was so slow, I thought that i was going to get stuck.

This place is a dump. Everything is dirty. There’s mold growing in various places. It needs a lot of maintenance. There was exposed lighting, wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet ripping, just to name a few.

First of all i booked for 2 queen beds in the room they were full beds then the air stopped working they came to fix it it was a hit nite the pool needs to be clean

My family and I use to stay at this hotel every summer. The grounds were unkept, the room had dim lighting. The pool was not clean and the outside pool was closed off. The website promotes a hot tub which is no longer there. We didn't feel safe sleeping on the sheets/covers. And the food looked horrible, my 8 year old nephew refused to eat it. And the desk clerk knock on the doors at night to see who was smoking marijuana. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and DISSAPPOINTED!

The cleaning staff is somewhat rude and the hotel needs the lawn cut Badly. Some Building clean up would be appreciated. The desk lady was nice and polite but everyone else was a show and a half.

Good motel

The hotel is old and run-down. Breakfast was not very good. The room was missing: fresh towels, hair dryer, soap, Kleenex.

First off when I tried to check In early the person at the desk tried to up charge me 30 dollars to check in early. After tell him someone on the phone said I can check in early with no cost. Second the hotel is dirty and smells bad. The hotel also didn’t have no one to clean the building I think the focus on the rooms only. My room had duct tape on the shower, the table in my room was still dirty and so much other things. I feel like they need to update the hotel. Other than that it was a quiet stay which i enjoyed more

Terrible 😢 No air conditioning. Toilet didn’t even work.

Manager was in an argument with someone in the lobby which involved yelling and cursing in front of my two young children. Hotel pictures look nothing like what actual hotel. Outside and inside is a mess. Overall it is a room to sleep in but it is nothing more and a lot less.

The hotel is showing its age. Carpet is ripped in hallways. Pool is cold. There were no pool towels. We had to ask repeatedly for room towels. Breakfast was something left to be desired. The beds felt like they had blankets piled up indrt fitted sheet. The lock on the back door is broken allowing anyone to come in the building.

It took me an hour to find the place. The people ahead of me checking in said the same. There was some kind of clogging gunk in the sink drain. The floor was dirty. There was little toilet tissue. The outside was unkempt with clutter. There were few people there. They probably couldn’t find it. The 2 men who checked me said practically nothing. It really didn’t feel real safe. I feel like someone should give a refund. The breakfast was almost non-existent.- The furniture in my room looked like it came from a second-hand store. Why do you advertise this hotel?

Rode in on two motorcycles. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but poor communication skills. Rusty bathtub and trim rotted away. We were stunned to see one of the staff sitting on our motorcycle, off the stand, with another taking photos. After corrective language, I don't believe they understood a word we said. So utterly amazed anyone would do this, let alone staff. So dirty. It should be condemed, closed, or placed under new management or ownership. Buyer beware. Disgusting.

Very nasty hotel

Unfortunately an unpleasant experience. Property extremely worn down; carpets bunched, stained, frayed, wallpaper peeling, surfaces painted over to hide myriad issues. Strong musty odors compete with smoking odors (not tobacco), and ac unit spewed black flakes that landed on the bed and carpet. Refused any additional pillows (3 for 2 people) or additional towels, and a single roll of toilet paper with no room cleaning from day 1-2. 'Breakfast' not worth mentioning, everything rationed, lumpy looking 'cream cheese', lukewarm eggs. Felt sad and unsafe. Very off the road. Would never visit again.

This hotel HAD been closed due to safety issues prior to booking! Nothing on their site noted this! Try calling and obviously got no answer. Try getting a refund and of course thays a fight. Over all absolutely terrible!
