No chef available, so a little bit short on selection in the restaurant all 5 dishes were pasta, but we could go for a meal with our dog, and the service was very pleasant, also parking is very easy in the hotel grounds

Slightly tired hotel with outdated decor etc. However, it was clean and comfortable. It is a budget hotel and it delivered on that.

Good location for ferries, not a pretty area, but seemed safe. Staff very welcoming and access needs met. Room clean, comfortable and as described. TV theoretically has UK channels but it doesn't. Breakfast very good range and quality. Nearby Chinese buffet good!

Lovely stay, easy to get the public transport and free parking. There was even a electric car charger. Shower was good and slept well.

Ok for stopping one night. Breakfast for 18€ quite expensive. Serve food at dinnner time in restaurant. I got really sick after having dinner there at the first evening. Nobody cared at reception. Stayed two nights and had to pay for breakfast even though I wasn't able to have anything but Camomile tea.Would not stay there again or just stop over night to get the Ferry.

The hotel serves a purpose but is in serious need of modernisation. The bed sheets had holes in and the towels were ripped.

A very convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt that this was a good value for money experience.

We over looked the car park which was very noisy from early morning with guests leaving early. The doors were constantly banging. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedding and towels were very clean. I would stay again for the night for a morning ferry.

Easy quick check in and out, ok for a night, doors banged as other guests went in and out of their room, long corridor of doors that seemed to echo the noise.

Been staying here for several years. So convenient for.stopping over whether jus arriving in France or headed back to the uk. Hotel has got better. Updating itself. Staff are the best. Food v good value for money. Very dog friendly.

This place is badly in need of refurbishing its falling apart our main front door was falling apart very dated the wurst ibis we’ve ever stayed in we won’t be back that’s certain

This property is very basic but the bedding and towels were spotlessly clean, which is all you need.
The proximity to the ferry terminal is great, only 10/15 minutes away.

This hotel does what it says on the box, it's perfect for the Euro Tunnel late check in, friendly staff, small but functional room, clean sheets, hot shower, tea and coffee, safe parking. Wouldn't chose it for a holiday of course, but really convenient and suitable for us late at night having just arrived on the Euro Shuttle and I'd recommend it to others for this purpose. Nice late check out too.

Perfect place to stay after the tunnel from Uk , or ferry. Allowed us to set off early on our holiday. The meal we had was delicious and good value. Would recommend fully.

Great hotel, really comfortable bed and decent pillows. Extremely clean and tidy.
Downside was the corridor was a bit smelly of drains. However, once in the room you couldn’t smell anything.

This hotel is ideal as a stop over, we came off the late ferry & arrived at the hotel in time for a drink at the bar before bed. In the morning a quick breakfast before continuing our trip in France. Perfect thank you!!

Handy, standard hotel but made special by the guy on reception who not only checked us in, offered advice and information but also cooked meals and served drinks in the bar. Super star.

Easy to get to before and after the ferry as a convenient stop over. It has onsite High Speed EV Chargers that are quick enough for a top up whilst having a good enough breakfast. A basic hotel but it has all that I needed and expected.

It’s our second time at this hotel so knew exactly what to expect. It’s an IBIS hotel so we were looking for a comfortable bed, hot water for a shower and a decent breakfast- this hotel ticks all of these boxes.
This time we’re given a connecting room which I really don’t like as it’s like sharing with strangers but luckily the room next door was empty:).
Breakfast is the best we’ve had along our travels in Europe.
Would stay again as it’s convenient, meets our needs, pet friendly and free parking.
Definitely recommend for those travelling to/ from France.

This is my second time at this hotel and honestly can't fault it. It is easy to get to from LeShuttle and close to a Carrefour and petrol station. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ample parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
