The coffee maker in the room did not work and there were only 3 hangers in the closet.

The building looked like it was getting a facelift with new paint and a renovation of the breakfast room. This issue is we booked the room with the idea that it came with breakfast. The breakfast consisted of coffee and bagged muffins. When I asked the front desk about the lack of food they pointed at a sign taped to the plastic partition and said I was notified at check in. That is a little late to find out since I was locked in to the booking. No ability to refund anything. Disappointing.

The room was a nice sized suite with a King bed. We enjoyed our stay. Coffee service in room was basic and not a stand out brand. Suite had a kitchenette. Nice people working there. Some remodeling but didnt effect our area. Unfortunately, there were people being loud in the hall at about 3:30am-4:00am and that interrupted my sleep.

The first impression of the property is the very strong smell of w e e d. Funny, since there is a sign in the lobby that states no smoking. It was like a literal w e e d bomb went off in the hotel. Even the hallways smelled that way.
I have never stayed at a LaQuinta that did not have a hot breakfast either. This one did not.
Overall, not a good hotel for families.

The actual hotel could use some upgrades and the kids running up & down the hall was very annoying BUT it’s convenient to a lot of things and my room was perfect. Comfortable bed, hot water, I felt very safe.

I've stayed in several La Quinta's in the past and to be honest they were hit or miss. I was hoping this one was a hit and to my delight it was the best La Quinta I have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, staff was very pleasant, and breakfast was really good. Thank you!

after checking in and getting directions to our room, I was informed that "there is no elevator" and no offer of a first floor room. While I'm not visibly handicapped, climbing stairs is very difficult. I found this situation unacceptable and will never stay at this location again.

My husband and I felt this hotel was a good bang for your buck. Room was clean and looked to be newly updated. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, bananas and nectarines along with the usual hotel fare. It was conveniently right off the freeway.. we would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great, my room was clean and comfy. My only concern was the noise in the hallway late at night due to a family letting their toddlers run up and down the hall

The whole building needs updated. Asked for handicap accessible room and the fridge was totally in the way of the bathroom. Our door/key didn’t work upon arrival. The upside was that there are some great restaurants within walking distance.

I booked my reservation online. Hotel said it was pet friendly but when booking there was no mention of a pet fee per night until I got to check in.
They had an outdoor pool which my kids
& I were unable to use because it had rained night before & maintenance needed to be done to pool.
Housekeeping was mediocre at best considering my dog found another dogs poop under the bed the first night.
Breakfast was included every morning. I was there for 5 mornings. The breakfast never changed. Same thing day in & day out.
Staff was polite & considerate. We needed extra towels a few nights & they brought them to the room right away.

This property is listed as a hotel which is incorrect. A hotel is an establishment that provides short term accommodation. This property is providing long term stay with increased traffic and an unsafe environment.
I have requested a refund because I did not book a place that offers this type of accommodations.

Found several small bugs dead in my bed. When I presented them to the front desk at checkout, theier response was "I don't understand". What part about dead bugs in the bed is hard to understand? Too small to identify but bugs none the less. Also television didn't work and bathroom door would not close. The attitude was from "I don't understand" was more like "We don't really care". Lots of hotels in Champaign, skip this one.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. It was so dirty and stuff every where outside like peoples items. It was gross. Room smelled like mold. We couldn’t handle it so ended up leaving at 5am so ended up only being in the hotel from 12am-5am. I would not recommend. Did not feel safe!

Did not have any issues with the room except when we entered the room it had a mildew smell. It to a long time for the smell to go away.

Key card did not work entering the hotel and the room. Office bathroom was dirty. Hot water did not work had to move to a different room. The second floor room compared to the first floor was extremely different. All rooms should look like the first floor rooms.

When I explains the the manger what happened at the previous hotel snd that we had to move hotels, he was more than helpful. Even when the computer glitched and put us in an already occupied room, he was STILL apologetic the next morning. T was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties.

Two stays this week. One room had been remodeled and was beautiful. The room that hadn’t been remodeled was clean and well-maintained. Nice facility and a low price.

Nothing unique. Tried to split the 2 rooms onto two credit cards on arrival after booking on line and was told that it was already charged to one card and could not be changed. Rooms had just been painted and still smelled. Bathroom door in room 145 was tight to floor and could barely open. Not up to normal LaQuinta hotels I’ve been to before.

Had a wonderful stay! Front desk clerk was wonderful at check in, room was immaculate! Bed was super comfortable! The rooms are apparently being renovated and the tub in the room was very stained, not dirty but stained. I'm sure that they are renovating these rooms because everything else was wonderful. Will definitely stay again

- Bed frames are metal. Feet walk to the beds easily hit the frames and made noise, bothered all of us to sleep.
- Bathroom door bottom no room to move, hard to close and made noise when closing and opening. Need to be fixed.

Door to entrance would not lock. People were drunk and disorderly on the property at 2 am and nothing was done. Same thing happened the next night
