To be candid, I was a little unsure whether to stay, but I am delighted I did. It is a very convenient location with no shortage of places to eat and close to everything else, too. The room was refurbished recently and spotless. For the price, it could not be beat. The daily housekeeping service was a real surprise, especially since most hotels are still only offering it every two to three days.

Strong cigarette smell in room, old blood stains on top blanket, incredibly loud AC unit, no table lamps.

The room was not as clean. There was hair in the shower and the floor didn’t look like it was swept. The beds were comfortable.

I liked that it was reasonably priced and that we were able to get a ground floor room on short notice. However, the parking lot was being re-done and it was noisy. Also, pillowcases were stained (but replaced quickly), as was the side of the mattress. A/C was set to be automatic, but it got either too hot or too cold all night. I reported it on check-out and was told it could have been adjusted. But we HAD adjusted it more than once.

We arrivedd, they had two parts, they put us in the older part, on the far back side of the second building. I went to the desk after checking in I needed a few things. I wanted a lamp to put on the stand beside the bed on the night stand, did not have. I wanted some kleenex they did not have any. I ask for a clock radio they did not have one. They did not have a hairdryer in the room, I had to beg to borrow one. We got one tinybar of soap for both the shower and the sink, had to switch it back and forth. I cigar butt came roling from under the refrig. when I put trash in basket. NO BREAKFAST . I would rather I paid a few more dollars and stayed in a nicer place. Ido not reccomend this place. It is in a good location, that is the only good thing.

I am arrived and nobody on the front desk, waiting for 30 minutes, the guy in the front desk with bad aptitude, the cleaning is acceptable the price is expensive for this hotrl 2 stars

I did like the area of property.. The office closed at 11:00 pm..If you arrived after this time, sweet dreams inside your car.. The first floor room was cleaned but it smelled bad musty.. I believe they are the consequences of the floods of last hurricane..Easy parking, cleaned area..

Stayed here Thanksgiving night and was very pleased. We just needed a cheap hotel and since I've stayed at a few motel 6's, i wasnt expecting it to be as nice and clean as it was. Its also very close to the beach. Would definitelt stay here with my family again!

Liked 1st floor. The property could have grass cut & clean up.

Very accommodating staff!! I’ve stayed in several places and honestly NONE of them were as friendly and willing to get us whatever we needed! They made us very comfortable for being in an unknown town. I had a few special requests and they filled them all. Would highly recommend this Motel

We were kept up by load drunk people outside our room for several hours by other guest and front desk were less than helpful to resolve the issue . Several guest were upset. We found front desk people very unpleasant and almost rude. We have stayed here multiple times but this maybe our last.

Its an ok place to lay your head down but I would definitely not stay here again. The entire place smells like mildew and mold, the back of the sink was all molded and the bedding smelled like it had sat in a washer for 3 days wet and then dried. There were pubic hairs all over the sheets and long brown hairs all over the bathroom floor. The mattresses were new, however and no bed bugs or roaches were seen.

When I booked the room. I had no idea they were doing all kinds of construction and painting one of the days I was there. I stopped back at the hotel mid day to take a shower, and when I went to leave again, they were painting the walkway in front of the door so I had to walk on not dry paint, the day I left, there is no ice in the ice machine the side of the building I was on there were very bright lights from the street. I think my radiance on the prior page were higher than what I would give it. I would’ve spent another 20 $30 more and stayed someplace else had I known so much work was being done there on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a four

Even though the hotel is undergoing some renovations, our room was quiet and clean. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a pet friendly place, they gave us a room close to the walking area. I really appreciated that since I had recently had back surgery. We will definitely return.

Easy and convenient

They wouldn't let me have the room because i only had a dogtal.id because i was on a boat so i had to drive a hour and half all.back to st.pete.so there for I'd like a refund

The room was not clean, hair and dirt in all corners,used soap wrapper in the towel holder, and roaches.

Great Stay!

Great place to spend the night. Nice bar/ restaurant next door. They are continuing to rebuild after the hurricane so don't let the outside look scare you off. Rooms are updated, clean and well lit. Pool is clean with a new fence. Parking lot is well lit with new outside parking lot lights

Room was updated and very clean, outside was a major construction zone, 2/3 of property in various state of renovation / repair. Asked when checking in if this was still from Hurricane Ian but attendant not very welcoming.

They were cleaning up after the hurricane but it was a clean property.

The property is in shambles over 6 months since the hurricane, yet they used fake stock photos and charge full price as if the property wasn't a craphole, with most of the room doors left open for construction (and squatters) which makes it incredibly loud very early in the morning amd late into the night. The "new" "completed" room we were given, looked poorly slapped together. There was a warped plastic cover over an electrical junction box directly above the shower! There were actual leaves, to go along with the dirt, under the covers, as if the bedding isn't washed between guests. There were no lamps, no alarm clock or anything really, but it did have a bed with a small tv.

The hotel is going through some major renovations due the the past couple of hurricanes. However the the room was nice, clean and updated. This is not a fancy resort but is a clean, comfortable place to stay. I will definitely stay again when I am in town for business.
