Nice stay and affordable

The toilet was backed up and I reported it to the front desk and maintenance guy came up and at the moment my husband was changing in there and I asked if could come back in a few minutes and husband could not be fast about it cause he had just had surgery so it was terrible. And the food was not the best not even close they had the same thing every day and coffee was watered down. It was not my best experience at La Quinta. But it does not scare me away from La Quinta. But I do think this location can do much better.

Hotel is old and needs updating. Carpet is wore out and dirty Toilet was in need of repair. Molding falling off Electrical wires taped and laying on the floor under AC. Cannot recommend

Excellent property

In a very undesirable area. A lot of vacant buildings, construction and terrible parking. I waited 15 minutes in a line for the front desk person to come back after not in the hotel. The ballroom had a graduation party and I am handicapped had to walk in dark from another parking lot.

The only good thing about this place was its location. I went on a family emergency trip. Booked 2 rooms 4 adults The front staff was friendly, carpet on the hallway floors were disgusting. One of our beds had a stain on the sheets. Bathrooms were dirty. When we asked to change rooms they accommodated us. Only To realize the next day that the person at the front desk messed up our reservation and checked us out a night early. They collected my belongings without a phone call or anything. And then messed up The room names between my family member and I. This was a cluster f@&$ I would never recommend. And the manager has no clue what’s going on Disgusting

The building is almost 50 years old and it it is time the property be updated to the 21st century. limited hot water, very little water pressure. The place smells

Upon chexk in the girl working last friday was amazing the girl on sat sun not so much on the weekend my room wasnt cleaned nor towels replaced had to go everyday and get towels and then they were stingy with them even though i gave them all the dirty ones. Overall it was a good fit for the price

Rooms where dated but clean. With the AC on the room was still pretty hot granted I was on the 5th floor and the temperature outside was 100 plus in (Florida). What i ultimately didnt like was the smell in the hotel. Cant really describe it but it didnt smell good and messed with everyones allergies.

Very comfortable stay

My door to the room didn't close right kept waking up baby next door felt terrible and door to patio had big gap letting AC out had to get towels and shove it in to keep the little bit I had in. AC didn't work properly kept stating that it was set to 65 but would not cool down past 75 thought I did something wrong first night but the second night was the same thing it was already time to check out luckily I had a small fan that I kept by my bed. Also patio had no furniture to sit and enjoy the view. AC constantly dripping water all over patio as well. Elevator was little scary one elevator in particular doors are messed up. Staff is so nice. Breakfast was ok I dont eat sausage but do eat bacon wish they had some and maybe some muffins but other then that it was great 👍 hotel could use some upgrades.

Maintenance is bad.Light bulb above desk is fused. Barth tub fixtures are not maintained in Room 2027.

I wish I had listen to the reviews... On arrival they put us on the 3rd floor where the hallways smelled like a morgue and the carpets were filthy. The room/ bed was dirty they were hair and black particles all over the bed. I requested a room change which the front desk did without hesitation, the 4th floor hallway was not has dirty in comparison to the 3rd floor, but the beds were worst, stained on the Comforter, makeup stains in the pillow case, I requested pillow cases and bed sheets the front desk said he will bring them up which he never did, I had to use the towels has a shield on top of the pillows. The room smelled like mold, water damage in the bathroom, and dirty bath tub. Breakfast was basic same thing everyday. We stayed there for two nights, I didn't check out early because we arrived closed to midnight and only needed the room for sleep. I regret staying because my daughter has been having a dry cough since the next morning. The Breakfast lady was very nice and polite, she really stand out. There is lots of room for improvement, I am sure management had experienced decent hotels. Just put some love into this place out of respect for people's hard earned money. Someone just need to inspect the room after housekeeping and shampoo the carpets!

Hallway on 4th floor was stained and smelly. Lobby was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner had musty smelling air coming out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was not in use which is understandable but my son was disappointed. He was looking forward to using.
