I would never recommend this trash place to anyone and its not a safe place for anyone police are always at this hotel all the time due to chaos and the staff and managers dont care about you they only care about the money nothing works in the rooms and the rooms are old trashy and dirty as well as there towels and linen .

We booked this room to stay during a hurricane. The staff went out of their way to allow us to check in early. The room is in dire need of a facelift. The sides of the bathroom door were peeling apart. The bathtub had rust . The bathroom fan did not work. All that said, it was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

Girl at the front desk was helpful. The room was very old and not very well kept. Bathroom was old and the walls were full of what looked like mold. Shower had no hot water or pressure. Only reason we stayed there was because we had to evacuate from a hurricane .

This place was a nightmare during hurricane evacuation. Stood at the desk over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff that was hiding in the hallway. Plumbing problems in sink and bathroom, no ac working in entire hotel. Manager was looking for fans to purchase for guests. The room was very musty so air hadn’t worked for a while. TV did not work. People being arrested in the parking lot. Room was so bad we waited in our vehicle as we tried to get another room in a different hotel. Checked out one hour after check in. At least got a full refund

Evacuated here due to Milton and the pictures were definitely deceiving. Although i was happy to be safe from the storm there was mold in the shower curtain, a missing TV, missing knob on stove, smelled pretty bad, pretty dirty and had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself, no pots or pans for the stove, no complimentary items such as coffee for the coffee machine, shampoo/body wash, there seemed to be sketchy activities going on outside possible prostitution, be prepared to pay a $100 deposit that was not mentioned on the description, wifi is also not free, there also was not a fire alarm which is definitely a safety hazard. Overall not great but it did its job.

Dirty and very scary! We’re told upon arrival not to back in our car because the police run the plates throughout the night because of human trafficking. People were hanging out outside the rooms all hours of the night into the morning. Room reeked of cigarettes, toilet ran all night, cockroaches in the elevator, no shampoo or conditioner, stove dirty and burnt but no pots or pans, and we DEFINITELY SUSPECTED PROSTITUTION. I asked specifically to not be on the side of the hotel where all the people were out in the walk way and asked if we could possibly get a 1st floor room because I have asthma and was told no but they had an elevator and I wouldn’t be on that side of the hotel but that’s exactly where we were put.

After returning to the room there is no a/c the room was like hot like sauna very bad nite

Very first time I used this hotel and I got so disappointed with the poor quality cleaning service. I had to return the key back to the office due to the higher level of mold and meadows in the room and visible stains everywhere specially in the bathroom’s inside and outside door. After getting the second room, right the way I went there and for my surprise the tv was broken and the telephone wasn’t working, so, I went to the office one more time to return the key and I got a different room and this one was better than any one I tried before. The receptionist was very kind and patiently polite with me, made me felt very nice and comfortable during our conversation.

And to top it all off, I was sitting on my bed when the SWAT team decended on the room 2 doors down. Im talking, helmets, shields and BIG guns! I've never seen anything like it close up. Very scary. This happened 2 days in a row. All the front desk would say is they don't know why SWAT was called. This is how innocent people are killed. I'm also pretty sure homeless people are being housed there. We won't be back there.
