Enjoyed our stay!

View from balcony was beautiful. Very convenient location. I agree with the reviews saying there was a musty smell, but I noticed that at pretty much all of the beach view hotels and it honestly wasn’t that bad. Showers were nice, room service did a good job. Would definitely come back, particularly with the price point.

Amazing!

The front desk is rude, the room was old and dirty. Found dirty towels left behind. The tub was clogged. Body washed and hand soap was not filled. Everything looked super old and it smelled old too.

Free rental for 3 items ( I used beach chairs and umbrella) every day

There are many hidden and extra fees in addition to what you initially pay for your room through Expedia. Almost $700.00 in additional fees that we were not expecting. It was ridiculous!!! We could have stayed in a much nicer place if we had known all that WAS NOT included in the stay. $35/day for cleaning your room $50/day for resort fees $52/day for parking Be careful of the hidden fees!

This hotel is *VALET ONLY & charge about $55/Day! Wish they stated that clearly before booking. At the front desk they said housekeeping would come every other day. They did not 😕

The staff were better than awesome. Very helpful in every way. When my wife lost her balance and fell down in our room, I called the front desk for help to get her up and they sent help immediately. Then followed up later to make sure that she was okay. There were little things wrong with the room, such as cleanliness, broken light switch, and a drawer that didn't work. The biggest problem was the battery. The tub was dirty and the toilet only flushed off and on. They tried to fix the problem on three days, but we ended up having to go down to the third floor to use the bathroom. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

For the people who come with their cars…. This Hotel does NOT parking ! They are going to impose a valet parking on you, which is very expensive (about $60 including taxes) plus the Valet personal are very rude. Well….. Hawaii is not known for their good customer service but still, you will lose the freedom of get in and out. So basically if you have a car, this place is not for you.

The hotel is a bit old needs to be kept up better. & the cabana mattress were dirty.but the room was nice enough the location is great the beach is right across the street. Staff was very friendly.they give you water bottles that you can refill at several convenient locations around the hotel.but be prepared to pay $54.00 dollars a day if you have a rental a car to park at the hotel. The restaurant is good too. And there are lots of places to eat nearby no car needed. area felt very safe.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with our recent stay at Twin Fin from September 2nd to September 4th. While the staff were generally friendly, the service and condition of the hotel fell significantly short of expectations, especially given the high prices we paid. Upon arrival, we noticed ongoing construction work in front of our room, with dust and debris scattered across the entryway and into the room itself. Despite contacting housekeeping, no one came to address the issue. The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar; we encountered insects, a moldy bathtub, and severely stained and discolored couches, which made the space uncomfortable and unpleasant. Additionally, the noise from the surrounding rooms and even outside was unexceptionally loud. We could hear chairs scraping against the floor above, residents from the rooms below, etc., all throughout the night and early in the morning disrupting our sleep. The hotel needs to work on adding insulation to the walls as the walls are paper Given the high price we paid, these issues are particularly unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities and services compared to other hotels in the area further exacerbates our dissatisfaction. In fact, compared to other hotels in the area, the interior and amenities of this establishment seem more akin to a motel than a premium accommodation. I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the experience did not align with the standards expected at this price point.

The hotel is nise, close to the beach, on the first line. There is a cafeteria on the street for breakfast, Tiki bar& restaurant for dinner. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on the main street. We had a partial ocean view room. We enjoyed on the sunsets from our balcony. You have everything you need here. Reccomend. I wish I will stay here again.

The view and area is awesome. But the rooms need to be upgraded. The AC doesnt work properly. The sink in my bathroom overflowed one night and had to change rooms. Hawaii is expensive and for the money I spent i expected better.

The view from our room was amazing! The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and offer helpful local recommendations.

The room was just avg but the ocean view was great. Sunsets, boats, and surfers was a sight to see everyday. I couldn't imagine paying the price we paid without this view. Well worth the stay and would do it again. Make sure you understand all the fees before booking and Parking is extra with valet only

We really like this hotel and we are staying here for the second time. A very good hotel for a beach town.

We were charged $500 for smoking in a room when we’re not in the room, the smoke detector was broken clearly hanging off the wall somehow it threw a code so we get charged. They came and inspected the room saw that The smoke detector was broken, but everybody keeps saying there’s nothing they can do. There’s nothing they can do. Even an assistant manager said he can’t help us talk about bad Customer Service.

Every time I book a trip to Honolulu I always love staying at the Twin Finn. Easy access to restaurants and steps away from the beach.

Overall good hotel with a great location. Parking fees were insane as with most of the hotels in the area. The fees were also crazy considering how many of them there were
