The room we had was very spacious and the service was great.
My only complaint would be the pillows, and the towels. There were not enough of either (we were 5 people in the room), pillows were too thin and the towels could be replaced.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was really friendly, it was set quickly. Once in the room, that is where it is not as good. We could see dirt spots on the wall , used towels with almost holes in it.

This was a nice enough hotel, interior was clean and well maintained. The exterior landscaping was a bit overgrown and there was garbage littered in the grass but overall was good. The room was nice and clean quiet you didn’t hear any neighbors. There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was busy you didn’t hear them. Would definitely stay again.

It was ok other than how gross the room is. It is dirty. The sheets are dirty and the shower curtain is gross. Around the toilet is dirty

When we got to the room there was sand under the pillow and the hand towel in the washroom was dirty. Not a great start. The front desk clerk moved us to a different room, when we opened the door we got a strong smell of garlic. We couldn’t stay there. So when we went down to switch rooms again, the front desk clerk went to check the room first. It was clean. She also upgraded us to a suite for our trouble, which we appreciated.
When we got to the room all was well. The room was clean. The beds were super comfortable! The shower pressure was great.
The Front Deck Clerks were very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty, and smelled of something dead(rodent).
3 day stay no fresh towels or supplies replenished aka toilet paper etc. in the time we were there. I stayed here a few years ago and the service was great then and room was very clean, staffing issue perhaps……

Krysten (don’t remember spelling but she was on duty from 3 to 11pm). Was helpful recommended restaurants and what to do in Sudbury. I think that the hotel is a franchise of Wyndham but it certainly needs a good update. Carpets and furniture well used. I showed front desk a pic of chair in our room. He replied that maybe a dog or cat did this. However the manager should have had this removed a long time ago.

Rooms are outdated and smell of stale smoke. The towels are so thin you can see through them, breakfast consists of a waffle maker and cereal, no option for anything other than dairy should you choose to have cereal. Bed was unbelievable uncomfortable

Stay for 1 night, it was excellent,Walkable to groceries and restaurant, easy parking,nice staffs. Close to tourist spots.
Didnt even touch coffeemaker looks dirty. Two icemakers in second floor both not working,ask the staff and said sorry and there's no available ice in the property.

We stayed here before for medical I understand it no high end hotel but I do expect to go in my room no dirt on the floors candy stuck on the rug or my food getting soaked on the rug or a hair in the bed . This was disgusting but I went down they moved us to another room which was better cleaner . But had no shampoo or creme rince . I prob won’t stay there again!!! .

Lacking in cleanliness but it does look like an old building. Breakfast was simple toast & cereal with coffee, plenty of places close by to go eat tho! Overall not terrible for the price, would probably stay again.

I booked a room through Expedia , the booking date and it defaulted automatically two weeks ahead, I had accidentally booked two weeks ahead. Once I realize my mistake within an hour, I called Expedia however they said it is the hotel that needs to make the change. I called the hotel and they said it’s Expedia that needs to make the change. Both sides tossed me around with no remedy. Now I am out $180 and no one is taking the responsibility

The staff was very helpful and kind but at the back of the building, a bunch of people were loitering (drinking, smoking, eating) on the stairs and there was a significant amount of garbage (candy wrappers, cigarette butts) on the ground. That section of the hotel felt intimidating. Perhaps this hotel has long-term residents?

I was pretty disappointed with the quality of this experience. The pillows where old and lumpy, the mattress was a spring board, all bedding was stained, towels were stained, needed to buy Lysol wipes to clean the tv remote which was covered in brown crust, bath mat in the washroom was covered in mould. The hallway was noisy with other guests partying throughout the night. The side entrance was filthy with an overflowing garbage bin. If it wasn’t for not wanting to disrupt our children, we would have found another place to stay overnight. Will not waste my money at another Super8 again.

Room was very dirty (stains on the walls, food all over the floor, yellow stained towels, moldy shower curtain and bathmat, and stained blankets). Was not nice place to stay given the amount of money you had to pay for a night. Do not recommend.
