Excellent hotel and value

The property was in disrepair. The room was clean, but the common areas were not very clean. The bathroom fan in our room was very loud.

Great staff & clean!

This place had people sitting in big trucks smoking marijuana speaking in Arabic and really loudly. I think this place is a front for drugstore. I won’t ever stay here again. I also made videos of this location.

It was nice

It was better than expected! Comfortable bed, clean room, enjoyable smell, great room amenities and a great value!

Immediately met with a group of people outside drinking and speaking French with hotel plates and sitting on luggage cart. Pool doesn’t work.

I don't know where to start but I will say, DO NOT STAY HERE. Everyone has there perspectives but this was such a terrible stay. I book Hampton's everywhere I travel and have never been so disappointed. From the extremely unfriendly staff from check-in, to the lack of air conditioning in the elevators, fitness room, and varying degrees within the room. The breakfast is something I think everyone looks forward to yet this location barely served any. You had the waffles (of course), but one pan of hot food which was always eggs and some type of "meat". It was inedible and simply disgusting. Getting towels was a task as they would give one at a time, not a set (body, hand, and face towel). Pool was extremely over chlorinated (have pics), water never mopped up in the elevators and no signs. Fire alarms would go off randomly, once in the middle of the night and a few times in the late morning. There is so many things wrong and no attempt by staff to improve. Coming from a Hilton Honors tiered member, this is by far the worst Hampton I've ever stayed at and will ensure to post reviews on other platforms for a wider audience.

Walkable

We had to cancel the reservation because of a sudden change of plans, and the hotel was very unaccommodating with refunds. The room was cleaned and emptied but we did not receive any type of credit even though they were able to rent the room to someone else. We have stayed here before and had a positive experience with the hotel, but this was very frustrating.

Everything was pretty much okay with the hotel except the wifi didn’t work and there’s not much around to eat.

No issues with my stay, it’s not 5 star, but it was good enough and clean. Felt quite comfy in my room, it was nice and the pillows are soft.

Nice room. Comfortable and clean.

Our stay at this property was good. We enjoyed the comfort of the room and the softness of the bed. The staff was respectful and the refreshments in the lobby throughout the day was very much welcomed. The only downside of our stay was not having a safe in our room. We did not have our room cleaned because of this and we had to ask for towels.

It was a great stay overall but I didn’t know I had to request room cleaning

The hotel was shorthanded, home service was not available, we had to go to front desk to get towels.

I was really surprised how clean it was, very quiet and the staff were very polite.

The rooms with two beds are too small.

Worst stay ever and I travel a lot! Arrived at 11 PM and drop off area was full of scary adult men having a party! Then it’s advertised as pet friendly but I had to pay a $75 per fee for one night which was not indicated when I booked. The floor was so loud that I could hear other boarders yelling, running the halls, and coughing all night! Would not recommend and question future stays at Hampton Inns!

THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE A SHELTER STRAIGHT UP DONT BE FOOL BY THE PICKS OF THE POOL ITS TRASH FEELS NASTY AS SOON AS U WALK IN AND IT IS I JUST WENT TO CHANGE CLOTHES AND TAKE A SHOWER AND EVEN THAT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT LIKE THEY SAY U GET WHAT U PIAD FOR I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A SHOWER AND CHANGE

The hotel is rather old and we had to be moved due to plumbing issues The second room was just as bad but when they moved us to a room across from the other 2 it was fine They probably should have taken something off the bill for the inconvenience

ALTHOUGH PROPERTY DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE OLD, IT CAN USE TO BE REFRESHED/UPDATED... NOT ONE OF THE BETTER HAMPTON INN'S.
