The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My room was very clean. The only drawback was that the lobby and other parts of the hotel smelled like smoke.

You get what you pay for. They offer breakfast but hardly even a continental breakfast.

My stay was fine. I was surprised when the roof collapsed shortly after I checked in, making the front entrance inaccessible. My stay wasn't really affected by this, however.

When I got there my reservation was messed up ,was given wrong room so the price was switched up,t.v. in the room did not work, so had to be moved to another room but was not a sweet, still ended up paying more for just a regular room because they were out of suites,but the pool was great

The property was dated and the room was dingy. The one headboard was falling apart, the bed spread was wrinkled and I'm pretty sure my shampoo bottle was used. There were stains on the chair and floor. I know you cant control other guests but they were smoking and drinking and the elevator and upstairs smelled of pot.

Property is dog friendly with easy access outside. Staff is super friendly. Room 112 could us a towel rack and better shower head. All else was fantastic

This place was simply a spot to lay my head. The carpet felt gross, there were burn holes, the chair was stained and disgusting, I searched the room top to bottom for bed bugs because it was that gross.

My hotel room bed sheets literally had blood stains on them. The rolly chair under the table was ripped and old there was also i dirty couch with many stains and dirty moldy floors. I WANT MY MONRY BACK EXPEDIA

It was horrible pictures are a complete lie, completely run down hotel our room had holes in the wall the shower was falling apart the furniture in the room looked like dogs had been eating it for years it was completely horrible

The quality has really gone down since 2018. The roome was dirty, no coffe pot and deflated couch pillows yo sleep on

"Disappointing Experience: The stay here left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the lack of greeting was the first sign of what was to come. The smell in the hotel room was overwhelming, I had to switch rooms. The breakfast options were another letdown. Not only were there no fruit options available, but the cereal provided was stale, leaving us with limited choices. To add to the frustration, we were charged for an upgrade on our credit card, despite having already booked a non-smoking room. This unexpected charge only added to the overall dissatisfaction with our stay. In summary, the experience here was subpar and fell short of our expectations. We would not recommend this hotel to others.

I have been here for almost a month. The owner of the building is having a bad day today because of a big even they are having a lot of people stay. He took his frustration out on me. Staff was being super sweet trying to help me get my card to go through because of a system issue they were having but the owner told everyone to move. RIGHT before this he comes from the back and yells at the nice lady working to “DONT GIVE HER A DISCOUNT REGULAR PRICE!” She respectfully told him I had a reservation. He bullies her out of the way saying he can get everything done correctly and faster. He gets to me and he says, “you figure it out I’m busy” so I get offended because I have already spend almost 3,000 paying to stay. I am a single parent of two kids of small ages. I talked back to him and told him to give me my refund and he tells me he is going to call the cops on me I said “go ahead. Because you owe me money??? All they are going to do is keep me safe and let me get my stuff anyway. Call them please.” He said that I can call Osama and Obama that he doesn’t care. I am an African American woman and I wear head wraps. The racial comment was highly unnecessary. I do not appreciate the comments he made. I will no longer stay here cleaners and front desk are sweethearts but the owner needs life reflection and to understand it’s not smart to be racist to the customer that is currently paying you the most money. I planned on staying another month… never again. Will be taking legal actio

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights as we visited with family. The room was comforable, clean and quiet. The barn door on the bathroom was a nice surprise but the bathroom was lacking a towel bar or hooks to hang towels. Desk staff was very friendly.

The hotel has potential and looks to have had more to offer in the past, especially regarding the dining or at least genuine hot breakfast. Room was well situated but not cleaned very well as hairs were found at back of bathroom sink, as well as, in soap tray of shower. Very friendly staff and very accommodating as I managed to schedule the incorrect date on the first reservation. Overall I believe the establishment had a good value.
