Ahmad was great and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. The hotel was well worth the stay!

Loved how clean it was, some staff members weren’t the friendliest, a little disappointed there wasn’t a bar when it’s advertised, my key card hardly ever worked, but overall it was fine.

I booked two double bed rooms, both are in 1/F, one is nice and big, an other room smaller and dum with compare with the first room Breakfast is nice and comfortable environment Staff are nice and helpful You can have a cup of coffee anytime if you want at the front desk room cleaning everyday 👍

My son and I stayed at Hotel Atrium, we arrived late due to flight delay and was looking forward to refresh before going back out. We had some confusion over our room booking which was resolved to best of their ability on first night and have resolved since. The second room was lovely and bright. We could not fault breakfast, lots of choice and the all day offer of hot/cold drink machine is a wonderful bonus. Good hotel to stay at.

Stylish. Beautiful view from the roof top on the Eiffel Tower. Great breakfast buffet! And coffee machines around. Friendly personnel. Truly enjoyed.

It was a great stay!

Check in is at 2pm and we got there at 2 and they said our room wasn’t ready. They made us wait 45 minutes until we finally got up and asked them again about our room because we had to be somewhere and then they had a room ready that minute. The room itself is beautiful and clean. We had also paid for breakfast in the morning but could not get it because we had to leave at 6am due to unforeseen circumstances and breakfast started at 7am. Our room was right next to the breakfast area and we grabbed a croissant on our way out. When checking out, the receptionist yelled at us for grabbing a croissant saying it wasn’t breakfast time yet and he doesn’t know if we are allowed breakfast etc. he was super angry. We tried telling him we paid for breakfast beforehand just couldn’t stay until 7 and we needed a bite for the road. He was not very kind about it and made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was super nice besides the service!

the atmosphere is perfect. the room is neat and clean. the soundproof is not enough i can hear people talking / the sound of TV from other rooms

I used this hotel again as very convenient for business meetings in La Défense, and again was happy with the nice and swift check in, quiet sleep in a clean room, noticed that safety measures are still in place to protect customers vs. COVID-19, and enjoyed the breakfast. The parking is below the hotel with direct access to the lobby and one of the lounges has a direct view to the Eiffel Tower (Suresnes is elevated, alongside the Seine river).

The hotel is close to the train station. Very friendly receptionist albeit dressed very provocative and not appropriate for the work she does. The room was quiet and clean and was larger than most rooms in Paris. COVID-19 safe hotel which made me feel comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Traveling with children can be a challenge but we felt right at home during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us with each request. I will most definitely stay here again.

The room was just as advertised. Clean and fresh. The highlight was the view of the Eiffel Tower from my room it was amazing ☺️☺️ Only challenge was the distance from Paris. Otherwise all was well

My husband LOVES the Atrium chain! This is our third stay at an Atrium in Europe. As usual, it was spotless. The bed was perfect. This one was a little minimalist for me (quite spartan), but it had a nice big bathroom. Each concierge on duty went out of his or her way to resolve our issue or answer our question. They were all courteous, pleasant, appropriately attired young people. The bus and tram are steps away from the hotel, and the train just a few blocks in the charming, old world neighborhood. You can walk over to the Seine, and pass several tiny markets which have everything you want. The roof terrace has a killer view of the Eiffel Tower (if you don't already have a room on that side of the hotel). So romantic to sit on the wicker furniture with a glass of wine at sunset in this quiet suburb of Paris. Far enough away from the city noise, but close enough to go anywhere you need to go. This is a boutique updated hotel at a terrific Hotels.com discount!

The room was basic and the view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance was partially blocked by trees. There is a metro and bus stop less than 5 minutes walk away. Very little was around. Solid overall.

Very comfortable but unfortunately we didn’t much sleep with people coming in late at night and talking out in the hall. Breakfast wasn’t great but don’t think there was anywhere in the area for breakfast.

first time visit to Paris. Overall was very pleased. However, the 24 hr bar facilities did not exist as there were no staff manning the bar area and before midnight. Facilities were of a good standard and clean. Staff were friendly.

Nice little hotel tucked into a suburban area of Paris. A little far to walk everywhere but clean and great view of Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly upon check in and helpful.

No matter what we needed the staff at the hotel was able to assist. We had some issues with our safe and on the last day with our shower but all were addressed promptly. The location in Suresnes is safe and just a minute walk from the T2 train station. Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the 3rd floor patio.

Very comfortable stay with helpful and attentive staff. The only two things i would look for are a coffee maker and more light in the room
