Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view. Room was immaculate

Property was in a nice location and close to some pubs.

Regular returns to this hotel which speaks for itself.

The menus could show more variety, and thevwine list is not gteat. Other than that the whoke experience was 5 star. Excellent.

Excellent front desk and housekeeping service. We were ignored in the bar area after receiving our drinks. Wanted to order off the food menu but changed our mind because we couldn’t get a server’s attention. It was busy but still. Very nice hotel and property.

Room clean and comfortable. didn’t realise I booked room only. Looked for £25 for breakfast following morning . Also asked reception for a room 2 days later and they offered me same room £300 more expensive……

Our 4th or 5th stay at Herbert Park for Big Grill Festival. Our first time staying in Park Suite Apartments…they are lovely! They have everything you could need for your stay, everywhere is spotlessly clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is lovely! Would definitely stay again!

The Staff very helpful. Close to transit and walking distance to city Center.

Nice rooms and great location. Having to pay additional fee to park my car felt a bit like money grabbing in a hotel of this standard

We had a lovely stay in the hotel, while we attended a nearby wedding. Unfortunately, I left some belongings behind. A phone call confirmed that they had them safe. I was able to pick them a few days later. Thank You to all

Brilliant stay super helpful staff lovely dinner and breakfast thanks Julio Henrique. Also special thanks to the manager. I had a problem with my bath she rushed to help me and as it couldn't be rectified upgraded my stay to an apartment which was incredible especially the bath! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!

Lovely stay as always at this hotel. Just stopping over on this occasion on our way to a wedding in Wicklow. Staff, service, facilities are all 5 star.

We found this property to be exceptional, wonderful room with plenty of add one’s. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help me get some documents printed. My device would not pair with there printer. Plenty of dinning options within easy walking distance. If one wants to go downtown easy bus transportation. Highly recommended this property.

The staff was excellent. Bed was so comfy, coffee was delicious. Felt very safe in this part of town, beautiful park to walk through, groceries and takeaway close by. we had a couple nights with louder people upstairs, and a day we were unable to get a taxi from the city (45min walk).

Very friendly staff, fast checkin. Food service and bar slow but it was very busy.

The Hotel is modern, clean and convenient to the RDS. We stayed for 2 nights and it was very unimpressive. After check in, we were offered no help with our luggage (I'm disabled and walk with a crutch). There was only a small hand towel in the bathroom, so we had to call for more. Be aware that there is no laundry service at weekends. I had to call for an iron and ironing board, which were ancient! As we had arrived in the evening, we ordered room service, from a very limited menu. The food was not good and there was a charge of 6.50 euros per tray. All the soda bottles in the mini fridge had bottle caps that needed a bottle opener. This was unavailable, so every time that you wanted to open a bottle of coke, you had to call requesting that someone came to the room to open it! The coffee machine wouldn't work and neither did the shower. The room service food was basic and not what you'd expect from a 4 star Hotel. After our RDS visit, we ordered room service chicken sandwiches, which were practically inedible. Stale white bread and very cold chewy chicken, so we left them. The mattresses on the beds are very hard, as were the pillows. The most worrying issue was the safe would not open, after we locked it at night. A staff member came to try to open it, but she couldn't open it either. She told us that we needn't worry, as it happens all the time! Not reassuring! She called another staff member, who luckily opened it. Overall, I would rate this a 2 Star Hotel.

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of Dublin but still walkable to city centre. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Staff and room excellent.

I’ve stayed in this area before, but this was my first time at the Herbert Park. It was a quick overnight, but the parking was easy and convenient, room was clean and quiet. We did not eat at the hotel, rather walked the block to Rolf’s for their great food.

Very nice hotel in a central location. Bed was too hard for me though. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and lovely views of the park.
