You get what you pay for. Front desk was great and helpful but room was a disappointment. Wallpaper was ripped, sheets were stained with blood (they gave us fresh clean sheets to replace them) and room was average clean. Shower worked great, that was the only real positive. But we wnet for inexpensive and that is what we got

The lady at the counter was so sweet, I loved her. Informative, very gracious. I’d just go back to visit with her, and she gave me fudge!

This was a solid place for our needs. We booked the hotel to sleep at night. It was quiet and seemingly safe. Front desk guy was friendly and polite. Great experience.

Booked a room with jacuzzi which was not working. Some wierd smell when we entered the room, had to use our room freshner and deodrant.

The hotel was pretty nice. Very quiet, we were only one of a few people staying that weekend.

The place is not bad especially for the price but I couldn't help but notice that it could use some upgrades. The toilet looked almost like it had a crack in the bowl and it had not been cleaned in a long time. The carpet had some stains in them but overall, again for the price, it was a decent place.

We checked in late and at first, were given the wrong room. Then, we checked in and because it was late went right to sleep. In the morning, we noticed the closet door/mirror was broken and there was a blood stain on the floor in the main room and a small blood splatter on the bathroom wall. We got out of there quickly.

Sheets were stained and dirty. The bedside chest was full of crumbs. The top of the chest refrigerator was dirty. The floor turned my feet black so never stepped out of my shoes. The bathroom smelled like cat urine.

Never again! Way overpriced for the shapes of facility was in. No hot water to take a shower with an Internet service was totally unreliable. No breakfast complementary or otherwise. Rooms basic but need maintenance work done to bring them up to current status.

It was a good stay. Common areas were a little dirty but it seemed that was from guests vs poor cleanliness by the property itself. Front desk staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The area is quiet, just down the road from tons of tourist things. The property could use some updates but it was still in good working order.

Took a while to check in, but they gave us an upgrade to a larger room, so all good. Room was OK, but could use some updating (peeling wallpaper, old electrics, not the most comfortable bed) it did the job anyway. Wifi worked well, and it's in a good location, easy enough to walk to the either ferry terminal. No breakfast included, but you get vouchers for 2-for-one at other places nearby if you want,and the room has a microwave and fridge, so you could just get your own! Walls are very thin though especially to connected room as could hear normal volume talking through it, fortunately didn't have noisy neighbours, or could have been a real problem.
Staff were lovely, and given its a good deal cheaper than other places was an alright place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room we had had a bad smell when we used the A/C unit so we were uncomfortable due to the hot weather.

The staff member that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. When we arrived in the room, it was noted the dead lock was broken to the adjoining room. We told a housekeeper who looked at it immediately then got her supervisor to check it. She found that maintenance would be needed and Aaron arrived very quickly. He was on call. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. He installed a new deadbolt. We stayed 4 nights and had no problems. My husband enjoyed the pool. Frig and freezer section worked well. Comfortable bed and sofa. We would stay there again.

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are very musty and moldy smelling very tiny very outdated never had such a tiny TV in a hotel room before there is no outdoor pool. The property does not match the photo shown online. I would never recommend this place to anyone when you can smell the mold in the room that’s not good, there were actually live bats on the building wall by the door

The outside is well maintained despite being an older property. Our room was clean, however the furniture was old and in need of repair or replacement, e.g. a chair with a loose arm, a box spring with a broken corner.

The room was clean and comfy but had a mildew odor. We also had hot water that lasted for about 5 seconds. I reported it to the desk and the next day was the same. For that reason I would not stay here again.

There was only one ice maker. Coffee would've been nice in the morning. The people at the front desk were very nice and informative. They gave us discount coupons for restaurants. The room was very clean.

Pros: Clean rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful when we forgot our keys in the room. Affordable and in a great area close to attractions, dining, and shopping. Pool inside a greenhouse-style building and was very clean with towels provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the area was quiet and felt safe. Playground on-site as well.
Cons: Slightly dated rooms, and our shower drain was pretty clogged up since it didn't have a hair catch of any kind (it took about 10 minutes to drain after each shower).

The keys wouldn’t work so we needed to have 1 person in there at all times. There was pubes in the shower and it wouldn’t drain. The towels had blood spots on them.
