Overnight stay before the train home after being in the mountains. Very clean, friendly helpful staff Great breakfast and all very well organised. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

During our second night the fire alarm went off and we went to the lobby and told ok to return to room. Ten minutes later the alarm went off and firemen were on our floor. After an hour standing outside the fire captain said someone came in and started the fire when the front desk was unattended. Lives were at risk because of their carelessness and needless to say we slept little that night!

Ideally located for the station and a pleasant riverside walk to the old town. The air conditioning is set for the whole hotel and was in winter mode so only gave hot air. I switched mine off and opened the windows. Unfortunately my room was on the first floor above the entrance where people congregated for smoking and the smell would rise up! Nice breakfast with some local foods included. Would stay again but would prefer a different room location.

Good hotel for short stay, located around 10 min walk from the centre, an onsite carpark is an option.The room was bit basic but good enough.Friendly and pleasant staff ,good breakfast.

Most amazing breakfast EVER! A fresh-squeezed orange juice machine, locally sourced jams and cheeses, fresh yogurt with coulis, fruit, soft and hard boiled egg cooker, and more. This was a breakfast to remember.

This is a terrific place to stay in order to explore Annecy. It is just a little bit outside of the old town but within a pleasant walk along one of he canals. The hotel has secure parking for a reasonable rate and a surprisingly wonderful breakfast with lots of local products. Great value and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.

Great value hotel. The free breakfast is excellent, but just beware that the hotel does not have a restaurant serving lunch/dinner - however there are various restaurants/fast-food nearby (eg dominos, o’tacos). Nice walk into the centre along the river - takes about 10 mins. Very comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant bright hotel in a good location for the old town. Excellent local restaurant advice. Far superior to the Ibis budget in Albertville last month although similar in price.

Annecy was a complete surprise of a place. 'Little venice' is a very appropriate name. Cycled around the lake. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the edge of the old town

We were a few days in Annecy at this hotel. Very nice stuff and housekeeping service perfect ! The rooms are very clean there and beds are very comfortable. Reception and Restaurant very good separated. Very nice view from the window, everywhere mountains, really beautiful. The hotel is close to the center. Two things could be there better. First thing is the Breakfast everyday the same for 11 € and not much to choose. Much cheese, many sweetthings, but no vegetables. The fresh orange juce was very good. As I came home I ate almost all fridge ;) because at last I could eat something different ;) and parkingplace could be more visible inside because it is hard to park there. Generally I would recomend this hotel because of very nice rooms, stuff and comfortable beds ! :) Very nice bathroom also.

Too far from annecy old city. Too small, towel is not enough, no shampoo...

We stayed in a family room which had a standard bed and a pullout couch for our 2 little boys and stayed 2 nights. When we were booking the hotel, there were no rooms for 4 people, so we booked our room for 2 people (our boys are 3yrs old and 4 yrs old so they are little and could sleep with us). When we arrived, we were asked if it was just the 2 of us, so I had to be honest and tell them we have 2 little guys. We were charged 30 euros extra for each night, so 60 euros more and they would not bend on the extra charge and an upgraded room. We were also charged 9 euros a day for parking, so upon arrival we paid 78 more euros than expected, which was a big bummer. Plus the room was on the 7th floor and was too hot to sleep comfortably. We tried pushing all of the buttons for the air but nothing changed. The room was very nice, breakfast was AMAZING, and the people at the front desk were very helpful and nice. If we weren't charged so much and the room wasn't so hot, this would be a perfect review.

The room was very nice with a balcony. It was also very spacious so my wife and I really felt comfortabel. The breakast was free and was beyong our expectations with wide variety of choices.

Had a good stay room was really spacious, air conditioned and modern. Breakfast was pretty average. Staff were very friendly and especially helpful in trying to locate my baggage that was lost at the airport. I stayed the night of the tour de france where the town was really loud, room completely soundproof. Recommended

Malgré tout vu sa localisation en plein centre ville, le parking pose problème. On a le choix entre un parking payant juste en face limité à 2 heures et le parking de l'hôtel très étroit. Ce serait intéressant que l'hôtel propose pour une somme modique des places réservées dans le parking payant.

I felt that the hotel was okay for our family. It was located in a not so pretty area of the city. The rooms were okay but showed some wear. It rated an 8/10 for cleanliness. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was a convenient walking distance to the main attractions in the old city and the park on the waterfront. Parking was tight in the hotel garage but it seemed safe for our rental van.
