The beds were okay but our rest was not that great. Overall our stay was not bad at all and we enjoyed the area where there was breakfast as we ate dinner in the area. The bathroom had great ADA accommodations, grab bars, adjustable shower head. We were on the 6th floor but for safety of guests why is an ADA accommodations room be on the top floor?

Went for a girl's trip and visited Hard Rock Casino. This was so convenient that we didn't have to Uber. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

My stay was great. However, the staff at the front desk needs to be more attentive to guests. I had an issue with the tv in my room. I called the front desk first and no one answered. I mentioned it to the front desk the first time and they told me to just unplug the tv and plug it back up and it should work. It didn’t. The last straw was calling the front desk to send someone up to look at it and they never came up. I also hate the fact you have to swipe your card to use the elevator. Its a nuisance and seems like it could be a safety hazard in the future.

This hotel was very clean, shower was very nice. Pillows were terrible, and our room faced the street, and there was quite a bit of "street noise" on a Saturday night. Also, wanted to watch the OSU football game, and this hotel does not get the Big Ten Network. However, check-in was quick and efficient and the complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and tasty, complete with a river view!

**Disappointing Experience - Elevator Nightmare**
I recently stayed at this hotel over a holiday weekend, and the experience was far from pleasant. The hotel was fully booked, and the room rate was significantly inflated, which I expected for a busy weekend. However, what I didn't expect was to waste over two hours of my time waiting for the elevator.
Only one elevator was working, and when I inquired about the other, I was told it was shut down because it "overheats sometimes." For a hotel fully booked on a holiday weekend, this is completely unacceptable. The management should have anticipated the demand and ensured that both elevators were functional.
The long waits were frustrating, and it really impacted the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to waste your time waiting around.

We were there for the fireworks. Breakfast was good - bacon, sausage, hard boiled eggs, waffles and other assorted pastries.
Good beds & pillows, great view, good parking. Very convenient & walkable to everything. Nice bathrooms with soft TP & good bedding. Had corner 5th floor room, river facing, & couldn't hear kids in rooms nextdoor.
SLOW elevators- even before it got busy. Take the stairs.
Easy early check-in. Nice staff.

On the Kentucky side of the Ohio river. Nice river views. Lots of restaurant selections nearby in Covington, KY. Nicer than Cinci side. Up and coming area for the 20's to 30's age group. If I were young and single I'd love living here.

Had a dead battery and staff jumped to our aid loaning us personal jumper cables and using her personal vehicle. That allowed us to experience the great day we had planned in the area without delay! Thanks for truly caring about your guests.

Waited 3 hours for pillows and blankets for the pullout couch. Then we pull out the couch and the matress cover was dirty with spots all over it. I called for them to change it. They brought me another one that i had to change. And not sheet for the bed. Just a blanket and pillow. That was friday night staff. Other staff seemed ok.
