Decent hotel but the room needs upkeep and repairs. With a little effort it could be a nicer hotel.

All non carpeted floors, bathroom, kitchen area were greasy and slick. Bathtub and toilet had scum rings. No privacy in the bedroom, the doors had a one inch gap when closed and did not lock or latch. Air conditioner was loud and ran all night. Sheets provided for the pull out bed did not fit the bed. Complementary breakfast was poor, ran out of forks, ran out of pastries, milk was room temp. Would not recommend. Will not stay here again.

There was visible pet hair on carpet, bathtub was dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine, but I had my own Lysol wipes and hand held steamer, therefore I was able to clean up. The staff are very nice and courteous and breakfast was decent and the area felt safe.

With this being my second time staying within 2 months, I'm still not impressed with the condition of the hotel...no pool, apparently the air isn't working in the lobby because I noticed 4 box fans all over in the lobby. The tubs in the bathrooms are horrible. You can't stand firmly in the tub to shower as there its bowed. Water just stands in the middle of the tub. I'm still looking for a regular hotel when I come to visit family.

Check in was at 3. Got to the hotel at 345 and the room was still not ready. Waited an additional 15 mins for the room. The lobby was humid and extremely uncomfortable to wait in. When we finally got to the room, it was also hot and humid, it did not smell clean, the bathroom floor area was so wet, we almost fell when we stepped on the tile floor. It also smelled like wet dog.

Our double 2-room king suite was canceled due to “maintenance” issues that were not explained. We purchased this suite for a purpose and were denied the opportunity to use it. Very disappointed and feeling scammed.

It was nice having a suite equipped with all the things we needed to spend our week visiting family and friends. There were some decorative items that needed some attention, such as holes where repairs had been made but not filled in or painted, but did not detract from our stay. Overall, a nice place.

Was visiting family for the holiday, was hoping to use the pool to have some family bonding time. Found out the pool was closed. If I had known this I would have stayed elsewhere. Our room was in very poor shape, starting with the damp odor when you first walk in to the rusty nail my wife stepped on because the carpet is torn and missing and the tack strip has been exposed. Lawsuit waiting to happen!
Bathroom was the worst area the ceiling above the shower is discolored, cracked and flaking off;wall tile was missing and just not replaced leaving exposed drywall. Very disappointing stay, truthfully I expected more from a Hilton (family) property!

worst room i have ever experienced with a hilton group of hotels.
The main bed and pull over sofa bed were extremely bad and would sink in completely when you sleep on it. (btw i am 165lbs, so its not my wt). The bed and sofa would have completed their life cycle 5 years ago and should have been replaced.
The next worst part is the bath tub in the bathroom. It is designed in such a way that it is a bit deeper in the middle and how ever you take a shower, there will be always water in the middle of the tub. It is very unhygienic to even step into it.
The sealing of the bathroom has water strains as if there was a water leak a week ago or something.
Overall the room looked like a cheap motel room beside the highway, rather than a hilton group of hotel.

The picture of property is a bit deceiving. Other surrounding not so nice. We had a suite and it was nice but the stove oven was really dirty and handle was sticky. The shower handle leaked like crazy and took away from pressure for the shower. Was a bit disappointed in this room altogether. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to my friends.

We arrived right at 3 pm, room not ready for 20 minutes. A really nice suite: full kitchen, fireplace (w/15 min. timer), soft sheets. Oddly, TVs in living & bedroom had different channels. Bath sink vanity separate from toilet/shower, but only toilet/shower had door. The lights from vanity shined onto the bed. No bedside clock/alarm. Could sometimes hear heavy footsteps through the ceiling.Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, sausage & gravy, breads, bagels, muffins, yogurt, sliced fruit, oatmeal, & cereal. No meats, though. Definitely would recommend Homewood Suites.

We were checked into the qrong room our first night and it was a strong urine smell from bathroom to bed. I found an old towel that was sour and pissed soaked. I took photos of all. The front desk clerk on the night shift wass nice and moved us to a room which we found out was our correct room from the get go! We we were actually booked to the wrong room day1. Just not pleased at.

The staff was good and they upgraded us for free because we booked late in the day and there was only 1 room left which was a 2 bedroom suite with fireplace which was nice. However, the pool was closed for maintenance, the fitness room was closed for some reason, there was trash in one of our trashcans and in general it needed the trim painted in the room and there was some type of glitter glue on 2 of the night stands and the full kitchen had dishes but they were ALL in the dishwasher. Lastly, we were by a "sprinkler" room and every 20 minutes or so it sounded like something was being primed. It was hard to sleep through.

I have stayed in other Homewood Suites and they were wonderful. This one desperately needs to have money put into it. The pool is closed, the rooms and hotel itself is worn out, beat up, and falling apart. Our room smelled liked mildew and it gave me a headache both nights. The toilet turned on every 15 minutes to cycle out water. Not happy.
