Property was okay, big rooms but breakfast limited

The building is in a good location. The building itself needs repairs. Blankets had stains and the mattress cover had some dead bugs. The customer service was great.

The room looked like murder scene. The floors were sticky. We didn’t stay went to best western next door.

The stairs carpet needs to be replaced

First time in Greeley and had a nice stay at the Comfort Inn. Perfect for a quick 3 day visit.

Both rooms had dirty sheets and open shampoo bottles. Dirty. Thankfully we got a refund and did not have to stay.

I stayed here to attend a dog show. The hotel is very pet friendly. Pet owners were respectful and it was therefore a nice relaxing stay. I also appreciate the breakfast that had eggs sausage potatoes and a nice array of food.

Breakfast either closed an 1 1/2hr early or ran out of food by 8am. Front desk when told said they were doing laundry. Rooms were dirty so bad that when taking a shower the water would be black from the dirt on our feet.

The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was actually good, but had run out by the time the last of us went down.

Under construction

This hotel had some issues. The picture of king bed and pull-out couch, two room suite did not match what I got. There was no dining table as pictured and that was actually an important thing we needed. The room was definitely significantly smaller than the picture suggested as well. The pull-out couch bed was grossly stained. There were no pillows included for the pull-out bed and when I asked for some I was told they were out of pillows - seriously. The A/C was barely adequate and the outside temps were in the 80's. Glad we weren't there for anything hotter. We stayed at this hotel for four nights. One morning they had adequate hot breakfast items of eggs and sausage. The other three mornings there was nothing hot available when we went down to eat during the listed hours, nor did anything become available while we were down there for over half an hour each time while just some of us got to eat. I'm a low carb eater so basically I didn't get a breakfast because all they had available most of the time was high carb junk food when they were supposed to have eggs and other low carb options. Overall very disappointed and would not stay again.

Booked a king room all kings given away when we checked in at 4. The queen beds were very small. Carpet worn out in hallways and stairs. Kids yelling and dogs barking well after midnight

Our room hasn't been cleaned very well. They're was debris in the corners. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Front staff was very rude! Room was dirty and walls paper thin. I would of went to another hotel if i could of. Will never stay therr again.

It’s just average each time I go back. I keep hoping for a clean room and a finished remodel but it never happens. Do they sweep floors ?!

If you are traveling with a family and looking for a nice place to sleep, skip this one. The pool closes at 8pm, which is really early. And we found this out as we checked in at 7:50pm... The entire hotel smells like weed and the carpets were stained and dirty. The room appeared clean and fresh, but closer inspection revealed this not to be so. The floor had stains everywhere and was in need of a good mopping (no carpet). The bathroom floor was similar in with stains, but also had hair everywhere and a dirty paper towel on the floor. The breakfast was quite poor - everything was out and there was no staff to service it. They were even out of knives. The coffee was water and not even drinkable. Every time I went to the lobby counter there was never a person there and I had to ring the bell. Garbage that was on a table near the elevator was never picked up. Worst stay of a 2 week road trip with a new hotel nightly. Trust the bad reviews - anyone who gave this place a good review is lying.

Bathroom door would not close, leaking faucets, sketchy feel, and old and in need of remodel.

Well the breakfast was limited to very little stuff and we were total of twelve days and only got room cleaned about 3times The one day I asked to have cleaned because it hadn’t been cleaned for two days and trash was overflowing . We came back later in day and asked why our room hadn’t Ben cleaned the desk clerk said it wasn’t our day I asked to have trash picked and she told me it was up to me to take out the trash they didn’t offer that service

This place was terrible. Super dirty. It says there is a fitness facility and there is NOT. Our friends staying with us had bugs in their bed and were not refunded. The staff is rude. There was not breakfast on Sunday morning. Pay the extra few dollars and stay next door at the best western.

Bathroom sink would not drain. TV and internet were down and desk clerk was very rude when ask about why it was down.

Worst experience ever we got in they check us in room was dirty moved us to a kitchen room that had literally no kitchen supplies to cook or even do any cooking. Pointless I was charged for the room upgrade when my original reservation was already paid. They charged us 40’dollars because we left the room at 11:45, also the charged us 40 dollars for checking us 6/2 however when their own receipt stays customer check in 6/1 will never stayed there we actually move to Windhaym

Clean, quiet room and friendly staff.

The room was gross. A film of cleaner left on everything. The floors weren’t swept thoroughly. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They messed up my reservation twice. I do not recommend staying here.
