Nice place to spend a nite

We use this Hampton Inn regularly for a family trip we take every year. The staff are always helpful and kind. We have had very good experiences here.

The breakfast area was not clean and the woman handling food prep was not very good. It was not what i have come to expect from Hampton Inns.

This was a nice hotel stay. Lots of local restaurants near by and close to Mishawaka.

I cannot believe this hotel is rated so high! I arrived with my son for a weekend vacation, lobby nice but the original room smelled terribly of smoke so they moved us to a new room that was a little better but still smelled on smoke and mold. Their was mold around the shower handles and stains on the bed sheets. There were others in the hotel with large dogs my allergies were so bad. I was asked if I wanted house keeping to clean my room in morning I said yes they never came. I had to throw out all my bagged garbage and ask for new towels. The air condition is 1 foot away from the side of the bed. It was so hot we had to keep the air condition running non stop, the problem with that was that the air condition vents cannot be moved to it isn’t blowing directly into you, it was blowing so hard me while I was in bed I had to place extra pillows on the side of my body so it can block the air blowing at my son and I, next morning swollen eyes and cough. A friend we were traveling with stated they had blood all over their bed when they were given their room. Front desk was wonderful! Gave 2 stars for staff due to housekeeping issue. Breakfast was suprisingly really good so that was definitely a plus!!! A lot restaurants around which is convient. Would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay.

Hot water was lukewarm at 0400 first morning. At 8 pm checked again and it was still not hot. Hot tub was same way.

overnight stay on our way back home. Stopped at the Chubby Trout again. Awesome food

Nice place for the night.

For the price, you get a nice, clean room, friendly staff, and a hearty hot breakfast. We've stayed at hotels/motels that cost three times as much and weren't nearly as good. A high price does not necessarily mean high quality. This hotel makes that point very obvious.

The employees there were all friendly and helpful, especially the lady who worked on the breakfast preparations. The hotel is a bit dated, but still comfortable.

Terrible stay will not return

Would like higher toilets. Refrigerator noise will drive me crazy.

Nice, good location

We had an easy check in, the front desk lady treated us very well. She let us know there were fresh cookies 🍪, who doesn’t like cookies. Of the rooms that were available she asked our preference and met them. Would stay here again

Helpful staff, good clean hotel.

Nice enough. But the bed wasn’t as comfortable as other Hampton Inns we have been in. The furnishings are older. But the room was clean except for the floor. I wore white socks and they were very dirty after walking around in the room. Maybe carpet cleaning and mopping floor would help?

Nice hotel. Close to resraurants.

I do not like and will not use shower shampoo, conditioner & wash as it is NOT sanitary. Had to get dressed to go to car for shampoo and bar soap. No per, pencil or paper in room. Was told shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, paper & pen were no longer being supplied. We stayed here many times over the years. Don't know if this is a local or chain wide change but we will take our business elsewhere

This was a great stay! We were passing through with our kids and this hotel delivered! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was great; good variety and very tasty. Convenient location off I90 and will definitely stay here again given the chance.
