Perfect for pre-flight stay. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The duty manager was very friend. My flight arrived early in the morning 8am with all the rooms being occupied. and the check in time is 3pm. He was able to find a clean room for me in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for the help.

We arrived midnight after a flight and left 8am for our onward travels but this hotel was a breeze! Much better than the airport holiday inn. It was easy to get to. The beds were sooooooooooo comfortable! The room was fantastic. We didn’t stay long but it was enough for me to be really impressed. Staff amazing too

One end of the hotel is next to a construction site. Room view from ground floor very poor. Staff could have explained this at check in. Bathroom bad drain smell.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Wish there was a shuttle bus to and from Gatwick.

Our room was nice and freshly renovated. Our flight was early in the AM so we did not get to try the breakfast. A large taxi for our family of 6 to get to the airport was about 25 pounds. Would definitely stay again.

An ideal hotel for our itinery, visiting friends and relations for the week. Great food and polite, helpful, staff. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was amazing I had the executive room which was really spacious. Ordered room service which came really quickly and ABIT pricey but was good. Parking charges were £12.50 which should be included in the hotel price. I would have given 5 star to all but I paid for the room service with a card machine when they delivered the food ,but had a phone call from the hotel that I didn't pay for the room service which was ABIT annoying luckily I had the receipt and gave them the information of it then got a email saying it's all sorted. They should check properly before calling me up to say I need to pay. Other thing we ran out of tea and milk rang up reception to get some sent up but we were told they don't have housekeeping to bring it up so I had to get changed and go down to the reception myself.

There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and without this IHG thing. I had free WiFi and breakfast were included.

Hotel is great! Just a quick overnight stay before our flight, excellent service and very accommodating, clean, bar and restaurant were very good. Short taxi ride from the train station, hotel staff arranged a taxi the next morning to Gatwick which was fast and efficient.

Really good stay, quiet, comfy, just whats needed night before flying. Had an issue with the power in the room but it was fixed without fuss or delay. Staff were great!

Very far from airport, no shuttle or breakfast or any amenities. The front desk lady was very unfriendly in the morning! Stay close to the airport like at the Hilton.

A very nice place to stay prior to an early-morning flight at Gatwick

Super disappointed in Holiday Inn. The location is in an isolated area. Yes, it's near the Gatwick airport but unless you plan to Uber/Lyft to anything else your stuck. We came in late from our flight and I specifically called to ask if the restaurant would be open so my family could eat and they stated it would be. When we arrived at the hotel the restaurant was closed. There was nowhere for my family to go to eat dinner! And, having something Ubered in is another ridiculous story. The next morning to top off our stay the only breakfast offered at the isolated hotel was a $20.00 per person buffet...how ridiculous! We don't need a buffet and really no one else does either! They won't let you order a la cart. They have you trapped and Holiday Inn knows this! How sad! I know the original owners. This does not reflect in any way the original mission of Holiday Inn...what a disappointment! Please don't respond with the impersonal corporate nominal response...just make the necessary changes so you can reflect the original mission of Holiday Inn...providing, "standardized, clean, predictable, family-friendly and readily accessible rooms to road travelers."

Though the hotel itself was good, we ate in the restaurant-my husband and I ate the same thing. Advertised as a ‘plant burger’, it was actually a falafel and spinach burger and did not taste good. I sent mine back, my husband was so hunthe ate his. We used this hotel before flying out on holiday and my husband is now ill with what seems like food poisoning-this is the only thing he ate in 24 hours. Not a good start to our holiday

The room was for a disabled person so not really suitable for able bodied clients. The air con didnt work satisfactory even when it was pointd out and fixed the room was hot and stuffy giving a poor sleep for both my partner and myself. Is was further away than expected.

It was not the right choice for us. Not close to the airport as I thought. My own fault. I didn’t research properly
