The room was very clean and recently renovated. I was surprised it was so nice, considering the great deal I got.

The only thing wrong was the soap and used wash cloth left in the shower. I would have liked the shower to be a bit hotter.

Overall it was a good stay in a good location. A major issue was that we were not notified that the elevator was not in service. We had already checked in with our baggage cart full, standing at the elevator when we seen the sign. Neither of the 2 staff at checking advised us of the elevator situation. This is very poor customer service, No message to inform us the elevator was out of service during our online check in as well. The elevator was never working during our stay.
We were messaged by the hotel to inform us of our request for adjoining rooms that we requested at the time of booking, but could not be accommodated. The front desk staff at checkin and checkout did not seem to be concerned about the elevator. This situation should have been rectified immediately!
Both mornings of our stay the clerk at the front desk was very rude and cranky.
Another smaller issue was the toaster in the breakfast room, it had to be unplugged at each use to get the toast out because the toast fell to the bottom. Surely such a simple appliance should have a back up.

I really had a bad taste in my mouth this trip when I was told we couldn’t have more than 2 towels even though we had 4 people in our room

Hallways had a smell and carpet was dirty and stained through out hallways and stairs. Elevator not working. No facial tissues. 1 roll of toilet paper (no extra). 2 washcloths for 2 adults staying 2 nights. Bedspreads were holey like moths had chewed them. A piece of the laminate from the sink counter was missing.

Stayed 2 nights. No soap or lotion in room. Staff said "on backorder". No luggage cart available at checkout - we have physical limitations. Staff said they would help us then disappeared. Room so so.

The room had multiple drip stains on the walls and doors, the AC did not get cool, there was no soap to wash hands, and there were all sorts of disruptions and concerning behaviors from other guests.

Pretty horrible that they don't even have hand soap to wash your hands. They also had NO body wash or soap of any kind. That is the first time I've ever seen that in any hotel. I mean even a motel has those basic necessities. Also the tub had red stains on it that looked pretty nasty. Probably won't return.

I do understand that many hotels have changed their cleaning policy to save money. However, it is important to communicate the policy to the guests. That did not occur on this stay. When i returned to my room about 5pm and found nothing had been cleaned or replaced, i contacted the front desk and was informed that cleaning is not normally done on the weekend. I could have terated this slight inconvenience had i known about the policy. Further, it might not have been even an issue had the room been properly cleaned and stocked prior to our arrival. The bare minimum of 2 towels were present. Toilet paper was low and almost out. The coffee in the room was 1 reg and 1 decaf for two occupants. The carpet was poorly vacuumed. Sunflower seeds were on the carpet. I was disappointed to say the least.

Was there for 5 days and we had to ask for our room to be clean. The sheets were ripped. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. OUR last day there they had no water. Said it should be on before 12 water came back on at 11:30 and we had to rush to shower so we could check out before 12… Front desk was helpful or curtesy about the situation.

My room was not ready with more then 3 hours waiting time in the evening I ended up having to book another hotel and they still charged me for a room that I never use

This was good hotel for a one night stopover for our shopping trip. Price was reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Room was very clean and cool when we entered. I gave it a 3 star review as the beds were very worn in and sunk when you sat on it, not comfortable for me. I did not have the free breakfast, as hubby did and said “don’t bother going down to eat as there is not a big selection. The sausage patties were very undercooked and pale in colour (unfortunately I don’t have a photo as I did not go to the free breakfast as per my spouse) Coffee was not the best. But, on the other hand they had bagels and yogurts, oranges, apples, waffles, scrambled eggs. To be fair I’m sure the food was just fine, and had a bit of everything for a quick bite. Overall, I would stay here again as the property is well managed and maintained, and the staff were wonderful!

The staff was AMAZING they were very accommodating! I just had several problems with room i told person at desk hopefully they will look into it but other than that mt short stay was ok can't say enough good things about the staff

I like everything only had one incident the first morning we went for breakfast down stairs near the lobby food was good but the truck that brings the food didn’t show up, so there wasn’t much of a selection but the other days food was great I will be staying their next year when I come their.

Overall it was a nice 1 night stay. The pool could use more attention as it was murky. A few other cleanliness items (elevator in general, bathtub and around door handles) need extra attention.

No soap in room. Had to go downstairs and ask for a bar of soap. The evening of the 8th, I went to take a shower and there were no towels in the room (other than a face and hand towel at the sink). Went downstairs again and told the clerk there were no towels in the room. He just looked at me. I literally had to ASK for a set of towels. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Also, the trim piece for shower head is not attached to the wall.

I love the staff here. All are very kind and help you with anything you need! I stayed here for a total of about 2 weeks and housekeeping is awesome along with the staff

The front desk guy was super nice. The problem was a leaky sink. Went to wash hands and all the water came out from the button of sink.
The hotel was fully booked so had to leave and book at the Hampton inn about 10 mins from there. Very inconvenient as it was our rest stop.

We came in town for a family funeral. The property was filthy. Walking in, it smelled like pot. The check in was fine. Elevator was filthy. Hallway smelled. Our room's air conditioner didn't work so it was hot. Room did not have any hand soap to even wash our hands. Hair in the shower. The hotel was so dirty that we didn't even want to stay for breakfast in the morning. Walked downstairs and smelled burnt coffee. Never again...

We were part of a baseball team staying for a tournament and the staff were more than kind and understanding of the loud kiddos as well as the parents late into the night. Thank you!

The staff was pleasant but the rooms were dirty. It took 3 room s before we could stay the night. There were smears on the walls and a fire alarm detector was missing.
The hotel was damp and musty, smelling like smoke and weed.

I would not stay here again, and I probably will avoid LaQuintas. The first room smelled really bad. They did move us, and the second room was fine. The hotel was outdated and a bit unclean. I felt deceived by the pictures. The staff was kind. The pool was empty, so that was nice.

The hotel was close to a lot of things to do and eat. Beds were awful. Sheets were scratchy and had holes in blankets and sheets. There was a literal footprint on one of the pillowcases. Had to request bedding for the pull out sofa even though we had put that four guests would be in the room. Was told we could only get one blanket and no pillows. Pull out sofa was also uncomfortable. Floors in our room were also sticky in spots. The staff on site were so friendly and always greeting us with a smile.
