The breakfast looked good but I was on a schedule and had to leave without partaking hostess did talk to me while i was grabing a coffee. She was very nice and i did enjoy talking to her.

The cleaning of public areas. Elevators had same dirt buildup i saw when i was here in the fall on area where floor meets wall all around. Someone is doing a fast cleanup!

The bed were comfortable. The room was clean. The night staff was nice.

The problem that I had with my stay. Staff walked into my room without knocking, my fiance and were both naked and I don't need to get into any more detail from that, but we both feel violated. It was truly unprofessional for staff to just walk in. I am aware that it was a mistake by the front desk, to send up the house keepers to the wrong room, (to check for someone cash security deposit), but housekeeping should get into a better habit of atleast knocking before entering any room. I know the story, because when I was checking out. I asked to speak with the manager about this issue, but the guy said "the manager wasn't in." He the asked me what was wrong. Then I told him, what has happen. He explained the situation and how it was mainly his fault for send the staff to the wrong room. He was kind of nervous about it. Truth to be told. He was not the one that walked into my room without knocking. I would like a refund for this incident, because it made my fiance and I, feel very uncomfortable. Why should I have to pay for something, when my privacy was invaded.

there was some changes done to the room which made it better. they have breakfast now again better than last time we stayed.

there’s a 250 hold for a smoking fee so if you don’t have an extra 250 on top of the room that would stink. I don’t smoke and it bothers me suffering because of others actions.

Elvis is awesome makes you feel like your staying with family and not just a hotel. He makes the long check in process better with smiles and jokes.

I didn't care for the $250 deposit it's the highest one I've ever had to put down it was more then the room. I understand you get it back but either way it's way to high.

the property was clean, Elvis checked us in and was amazing.

King room as described. Oversized hot tub was great.

2nd room with Queen beds was not as advertised (no sofabed, no private bathroom, key was finicky, AC was not working properly). King room- fridge was tilted like it was missing a wheel. Otherwise superb accomodations
