Had a single room first and then moved to a shared room as part of a group trip. My single room was fine. When i got moved to the shared room, i had to share a bed with someone i just met. Yhey wouldn't let us keep thw room i had as my room previously with beds that separated.
I also left an item behind in my original room and advised the front desk immediately. They told me i would have to wait for housekeeping to turn it in that they didn’t have anything. I had to continuously check back, and they gave me attitude every time.

This is a short 5 minute walk from the train station. Lots of construction around,but it did not impact the quietness of the hotel. Staff super helpful. We couldn't check in early, so they stored our luggage. Breakfast was very good.

It was all great - especially breakfast - but we didn't realize that our room would be a walkup in another building. The location is great: 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to Oktoberfest

The hotel is in walking distance to the main train station; very convenient; the facility is bit dated but very clean; staff are all very helpful; breakfast is decent with wide variety of selection.

Decent stay with a great breakfast. Room was comfortable enough and the bathroom was good. Check-in was pretty slow and much of the hotel was not air conditioned.
Overall, it was a good stay but not good enough to justify the high price.

Located down the street from Munich HB. 10 min walk to Karlsplatz and 20 min walk to Marienplatz. Hotel staff are super nice and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful with a lot of choices. AC works well. Bathroom is sizable with a nice rain shower head. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back to hotel again. My kids enjoyed the eclectic art collection in the lobby.

The front desk is very nice, lend us European to US Plug Adapter for days until we bought one from store. The breakfast is very good in terms of quality and varieties. The location is convenient for walking distance to central train station and major attractions. The bar inside the hotel made us drink Germany beer easily at night with hard working bar attendant. The hotel decorated artistically and unique for us to remember with our good memory.

If you don’t want to use the stairs, request the main building - not annex as you have to use narrow stairs to take your luggages up. Otherwise it’s a great location, perfect for a simply stay over in town. If you are looking for a bit more service and a good restaurant, King’s hotel is another great option in the area

Our family vacation to the EURO 2024 tournament was an unforgettable experience, enhanced by our stay at the Arthotel Munich. The hotel's location proved to be a highlight, conveniently situated just a 20-minute pleasant walk from Marienplatz, which allowed us to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Munich. Great breakfast to start our day with. Although we got a suite for our family of four, the room was pretty small and felt crowded.
Overall, the Arthotel Munich offered a warm and hospitable base for our sports-filled adventure.

The bed is very small and only one towel provided in the bathroom. Suggestion - to have still water bottle as complimentary as there charges are very high as compare to similar level of hotels. Also the team is not very accommodating in providing the solution if person want to extend or shorten the booked night despite of tourist time.
