The entrance was very welcoming - I liked the bowl of fruit, water for guests, hand gel and comfortable furniture. The room itself was faultless, great facilies and spotlessly clean.

I would like have know how to pay for the kitchen in advance, because in the end we could not use it. And also we thought it was needed some lamps for the evening.

The manager was helpful and friendly. The hotel has a little restaurant at ground level, which had amazing breakfast choices. This is a fantastic place to stay if you are heading in and out of Munich via train. It's just a short distance to the main train station.

Room was little small but probably average size for the city.

Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable. There was a laundry we could use via App which was great given we had been travelling for a few weeks. It was a ‘staff free’ hotel which we didn’t realise until we arrived, however things seemed to work well and check in was online / via a terminal which worked really well. There was a WhatsApp contact in case of emergency or questions. The location was not the best part of town but was very close to train station and an easy walk into the centre. Was good for us as a 2 day layover but maybe a bit remote for a longer stay.

The space the laundry is in is downstairs so the wifi/ cell network did not work where you needed to operate the app - so just a bit of mucking around to come up and downstairs to start the washing machine.

This self-serviced hotel is very close by the Munich North Train station and Central Bus station, both in 10 minutes waking with luggage trolling. The room is comfortable and quiet.Though no front desk staffs available, we can always reach the very helpful staffs in King’s hotel crossing the road. Though no breakfast included in our package, the restaurant downstairs is super delicious and quick serving, very good for travelers who have train to catch. And one day we had our breakfast in King’s hotel, free for kid under 10 before 10:00 am, which is fresh and delicious as well. The laundry in the basement is reserved through Wewash, some residents we met in the laundry room felt difficult to use, but we found it easy to use after spending a few minutes to figure out how the app works which one can find the tutorial through the link in the app.

For our stay, the shower cannot switch between shower head and shower hand. We can only use the shower head which is a bit inconvenient.

It was not convenient to stay in a hotel no staffs on site. First, when we check in around 7 in the evening, the welcome table only has around 1/8 water left, I did not see it got refilled until I checked out next day. Second, our room AC had issue. We called the number which hotel provided, nobody answered. We tried many times, finally someone answered, and she said she is an operator and cannot transfer our phone call. And she told us , if we need any help, we’d better walk cross the street to the king’s hotel to find the customer service to help. It was raining, I really don’t think it’s a good suggestion for us after a whole day travel. Third, supply room is in a small room of the basement. It has a slope inside. Because the light was off, I tumbled. And of course, not that much stuffs left. Self serving hotel might be a fancy idea, but we don’t think it’s a good idea, especially when you have emergency need people to help. Sorry, you cannot find! We won’t choose this hotel again for all the inconvenience reasons.

Beautiful rooms, nice and quiet. Perfect location.

This is a comfortable and very convenient place to stay. It's got good public transport or walking access to all the places you might want to go in Munich. It's 5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof. We were in a room at the back of the hotel and there was no noise. Reception responded quickly to requests.

The airconditioning is a little variable, changing from cooler to warmer unpredictably, but not greatly problematic. The lights are all connected, so you can't have only the bedside lights on by themselves. There is a small table for eating at, but it's stowed under the desk and it isn't obvious at first. However, these are all minor issues.

When an ad shows a apt with a kitchenette one would expect there to be pots, pans and utensils to use there. And, just before arriving they send an email saying if there are not clean enough when you leave then you would have to pay a fine. But when you get there there is nothing but 2 spoon, 2 forks, 2 dishes and two coffee cups. And, 2 cheap small plastic glasses. When I contacted them and asked why then i was told I had to RENT them from them for a ridiculous amount. When i said that was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT they snapped back "tell me where in the ad it says they are included" !!! When I said tell me where it says they would cost me more money the communication stopped. I will never stay there again and will never recommend them!
