Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very quiet

The staff were super friendly and the room and lobby were clean. The breakfast selection was pretty decent, and I like how they switched it up the next morning so it’s not the same every day. The location is minutes away from everything which is convenient, but still tucked away enough. Overall, it was a comfortable 2-night stay and I would recommend!

The hotel looks brand new. The staff was very nice and helpful. Despite ongoing construction outside, my stay was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay there on my next visit.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only flaw was we couldn't figure out the thermostat. It was either blowing very cold air and when we tried to turn the temp down it went to heat. so temp wise the room was not very comfortable for sleeping.

Pros:
Perfect location. The decor of the room was very modern and appealing. There was ample lighting, especially in the bathroom. My wife commented on how easy it was to put on her makeup. Loved the shower. The breakfast was very nice and provided everything I liked. It consisted of a cheese omelette, both pork and turkey sausage options, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, pancakes, danishes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, various breads and jellies/jams, milk, various juices, and fresh fruits.
Cons:
The bathroom needs a fan. It gets extremely hot and humid very quickly. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but not overwhelming. The bed was the worst; Extremely hard. It was like sleeping on plywood. The bed alone brought my score from a 10 to an 8.

My stay would have be amazing if it wasnt for the few hrs that the business lost power and didnt think it necessary to have a back up generator . With the firmness that they dont have any accommodations for this type of situation.

I would certainly stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville on Skibo Rd. The only criticism was the breakfast buffet. It was not the worst at all, but it was pretty average and the turkey sausage looked uncooked. Considering for the price and the rest of the hotel it was a great

My husband and I stayed here for the Spartan Trifecta weekend. While they were in the middle of renovating and parking wasn't they easiest to get, the staff was very friendly and everything was clean ( I'm sure it's going to look great when it's finished). They had a perfect breakfast for fueling the body and rooms were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was modern with a rain shower head which was wonderful after a day of mud.

Remodel was being done and there were literal holes dug up all around the front and side of the property and not fenced off, a motorcyclist actually hit a whole in front of the building and turned over. Did not even have milk or cream available for coffee after breakfast which the breakfast was very lackluster and the pancake machine made 50cent size pancakes when it was working. The room was ok but would not recommend until construction is finished.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to the mall, other stores and restaurants. There was construction going on and landscaping but even with this, I do plan to stay here again when in Fayetteville.

This is by far the nicest we have stayed at on our trip heading south from Maine. It is under some exterior renovation, but the inside is beautiful. Complimentary breakfast also best we’ve had by a long shot! Would most definitely stay here again !

The room was great, but the check in was horrible. The desk personnel apparently was unfamiliar with 3rd party registrations. I have now been billed twice. Once by Travelocity and the hotel itself. Please remove your charge. Also, the reason for some of my responses is that the hotel is under re-construction.

We really enjoyed this stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries. The bathroom was spotless, which can't be easy with a all white and glass shower. The breakfast was well-stacked and nicely presented, with a good variety. There was some renovation going on but we were so pleased with everything else, you didn't notice. We will certainly stay again.

Reservation had issues at check in. Issue was between hotels.com and the hotel. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful while fixing the issue. Room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Hotel is currently under renovations but there is very little construction noise. I was very unhappy with the inability to change inputs on the tv. Instead of being able to connect my device to hdmi I was stuck with very basic cable.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the ladies cleaning to the lady handing the breakfast, very polite and friendly. Welcoming experience from the time you check in to the time you check out. Rooms are nice size and very clean. Enjoyed the bathroom as well. Morning breakfast was great with variety. Enjoyed my stay
