Room good. Clean. Quiet. Only real issue was the WIFI. When logging in, received numerous security issue warnings. Never a problem at other LaQuinta.

The highlights..... Check-in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and informative. Main lobby was very clean and appeared well maintained. The elevator interior needs some TLC though. You could easily notice the age of the floor and lower portion of the walls. I can not imagine the amount of foot traffic elevators see on a daily basis. Mechanically it worked smoothly. In fact i believe this elevator rode smoother than the last 4 elevators I have been in. The room was clean. All the amenities were working and appeared well maintained. Plenty of clean towels and linens. A comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. Clean tub for the wife with a working shower for me. The shower head did need some CLR, there was hard water build-up on it's face. The pool was clean, the water was clear. Two mornings in a row i watched the maintenance man remove leaves, check the pH balance, and make sure the pump was running to keep the water circulating. Personally I found the water to be a little cold, maybe it was my blood thinners. The Continental Breakfast was simple. The usual items: cold cereal, pancakes/waffles, muffins, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, fruit, juice and coffee. The seating area was clean and the chairs were comfortable. Cracker Barrel restaurant and Wal-Mart within walking distance. Golden Corral just a few minutes away by car. Plus much more in the area. This is not a 4 star but it is much better than many 3 star hotels i have been in.

Great stay . Room was clean the only thing is we got non smoking but the room smelled like smoke . They need to deordorize the room more .

This was an overnight trip. The room was clean but a bit warm and it really didn’t cool down. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and stores. Quick access to freeway.

When i got to my room my toilet was clogged. I call The service desk guy about it and he tells me u got 2 choices either come n get the plunger and unclog it my self or move to a different room. Well of course i said give me a different room. Then the next room had the tv messed up so i called again and the maintenance guy came to fix it. Took about 30min to fix it.

I made a mistake while booking the room, so I booked a very small room with a very small bed for two adults and they couldn't change it for us because I had booked it the this app

The room we stayed in as soon as we walked it in it stunk. The water pressure was so horrible it took us a while to shower. Also, the carpet was dirty stains all over the place especially a red one that looked like blood. Never again will I stay here I guess paying cheap gets you these.

It was all five star treatment, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was great, the AC was ice cold, and the gentleman that checked me in was tremendous and went above and beyond to help me with my situation. This is a great place to stay.

Clean room, soft bed

The checkin was simple!!! Front desk absolutely fabulous & helpful…room was clean & very adequate!!! Shopping nearby Inc shared parking lot with Walmart & Cracker Barrel!!! Starbucks less than a mile…LOTS of eateries!!!

Very dirty, blood stain on floor near bed. Carpets were filthy. Very run down. Breakfast was not great and pool was out of service. Not a great stay

I was very relaxing and comfortable. I will stay there again whenever i pass through there again.

I guess not terrible for the price, but the room was dirty… not like “not cleaned/serviced”, but rather just overall dirty. Carpet stained throughout the facility. Sticky spots on the floor in the room. Bathrooms are old and stained.

Staff is usually pretty great but homeless are a problem.

I have stayed at this hotel once a month, on and off for the last couple of years. I have seen some decline in the facilities since the start, the carpet in the hallway is dirty and coming up, there is a homeless camp just outside the property. Sometimes a semi will be parked across the parking lot close to the back door making it hard to get in. I did enjoy my stays here till recently wyndym has come in a made some petty changes, like charging for everything including an hour later check out. It was noon, now it at 11. They unfortunately are not going to do any theremodeling which the building is in desperate need.

Room dirty

Prepaid via hotels.com. La Quinta texts me to do a pre checkin. Asks for license photo and credit card info as well as other personal info. Hotel desk asks for all the same information, saying they don’t have access to the info I provided. In the future I’ll ignore online requests for this info.

I stayed at this particular motel because of reviews. 8.2-I think reviews were written by hotel staff. No one was at desk when we first arrived. We could NOT regulate thermostat. It was very hot in the room. The continental breakfast was a let down. No hot items except for waffle maker. Only the tiniest muffins, bagels & hardboiled eggs. ALOT of yogurts (lactose intolerant). AND weak coffee. I have stayed at various other La Quinta Suites and have NEVER been offered such a poor quality continental breakfast. Are reviews real?

2am checkin was extremely pleasant, breakfast was good too!
