For starter, the carpets in the lobby had a scent to them as if they haven't been replaced or even cleaned in years. Customer service at the front desk was very rude from the start. They can't seem to hold their professionalism at the time of being overwhelmed with multiple customers.

The property could use a little work however, the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, so it's a give and take. Internet worked without issues and noise levels were not an issue.

Check in was horrendous!!! Staff woke me up at 2am banging on my door telling me I was not checked in !!!! Had get up , go to the desk and show receipt—-not happy , After they fixed their computer error. They charged me another $300 plus dollars. Now I have to waste time fixing that !!! So no not good reviews and will not Stay at Extended Stay again!!!

The hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana. At one point, a loud party spilled into the hallway and a fight broke out which led to screaming and banging on walls. I only stayed for one night.

This has been one of the worst Extended stays that I have ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, run down bugs(roaches) didn’t want to touch anything in the room, that’s how bad this place is.

the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen, but there are no utensils (you need to get them at reception) soap and shampoo (you need to get them at reception) and the breakfast is horrible. the other things were ok.

A nice and convenient property that I have been staying for a few years in a row during summer.

We got 2 adjwcent rooms. It was all inconsistent. One room had carpet the other had vinyl. One had 2 seats thecl other had 3. One had covered closet other uncovered. We arrived slightly early 50 minutes and they wanted to charge additional so we left and came back later. Hotels.com advertised this as accomodates 6 when it barely accommodates 4. It shouldn't be advertised for 6. Rooms are dark and dingy. Staff is nice. Hotel could use some love.

Fridge and microwave were rusted, closet drapery was dingy and falling off, overall just very run down. Hallways smelled like pee and the furniture had bubbling on it from being wet. Wouldn’t stay here again

Easy access (walkable) to shopping malls

Hotel didn’t want to take my alternative payment so I almost didn’t have a place to stay. Had to plead with her that we travelled over 5 hours to get here. Some parts of the hotel were really worn and rundown, especially the elevator. Lots of people complaining that they had a reservation and it wasn’t showing in system, hotel keys didn’t work and room was dirty. Overall, at least we had a place To stay but not sure I will ever come back here

I stayed for the 4th of July to be near the beach area…Great hotel choice..

The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water temperature was barely warm.

This property was very close to the event I was in town for and under $120 per night during the summer. The area felt safe, but the property did not. The desk staff was nowhere to be seen when I checked in. There was another guest already waiting at the front there when I walked into the lobby, I didn't ask how long she had been waiting but she seem very put out. The room was non-smoking, but the rest of the property has an oppressive scent of tobacco and pot. Everything felt and looked old and unmaintained. My feet were visibly dirty walking from the shower to the bed to get ready in the morning. My event ended early, and I returned to the room at 7pm on the 2nd night.. I looked around and realized that, even though I had already paid for the 2nd night, I would get way more value out of driving the 2.5 hours home right then and there. I understand you get what you pay for.. but I will find other lodgings in future if I need to return to the area, would not recommend the hotel, and have severely adjusted what I thought "Extended Stay Suites" properties are like.

Wen I get to check inn wasn’t nobody’s to helping me I was calling over the phone toock long time came to the front desk I make reservations for two beds queens size forts they said was no room’s available then they said was one king size then she given me a one Queen bed she was not nice with me

Floors not clean, carpet not cleaned an employee parked in front of a no parking zone in a red Chevy SUV, no one in the reception area. No one vacuums the lobby, very bad impression, no kitchen items provided the hallways smell of urine. Carpet stains throughout the hallways. I’m never staying in this hotel again.

Not clean at all. Staff was welcoming but the room conditions were very dirty - as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. Stains on bedding, stains on towels and floor covered in what appeared to be old food or candy.

Staff member Nicole was rude and had mo sense of urgency or hospitality when assisting guests. Bathtub had hair and suds in it on arrival, hotel made it a task to get fresh towels. Hallways were dank and dark, hotel had no ice machine

Blood stain on bed linen. Had to ask for replacements. Loud fan in rest room. No fresh coffee in room nor breakfast counter, just instant coffee and some nutribars.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed at, it’s dirty, the stove and the fridge were filthy. Grease all over it was disgusting. We didn’t get shampoo or any of that stuff, it’s also advertised as breakfast included and there was not breakfast. I have pictures of the stove, fridge and bathroom.

Morning shift desk agents were great. Afternoon and evening shift agents had attitudes. I would have stayed longer except for the $25 per day pet fee was rather high.There was a shortage of dishes. Hallway to my room had an odor.

Our check in took 1 hour or maybe alittle longer didn’t check in intill 4:30 and check in was suppose to be available at 3:00 Our hotel room was dirty . The rug was all stained or just not cleaned . Won’t stay there again

Terrible I reserved through Hotels.com and called to confirm. Upon my arrival they said my reservation was cancelled. They then charged me an additional $50 because they said they had to rebook my reservation. Terrible customer service, and they were very rude. Then upon check out I had to wait 45 minutes just to check out because there was only 1 receptionists available. Which resulted in them saying they may have to charge me a late check out fee. Which I said was unexceptional as we were there to check out. Horrible experience

The place smelled terrible. The room looked old and dirty… nothing like the pictures. Everything looked out dated. If you wanted your room cleaned you had to pay for it. Overall, 0 stars.

The property needs upgrading, restroom looks like it is barely holding up. there was a roach in the room, only reason I picked the extended stay was cause of the kitchen. Will not be staying at this property in the future
