First of all got there. We carried our luggage to the front desk.. Got our room key and the person at the front desk told us he would show us where our room is. Then he stepped outside with us and pointed across the street to a whole separate building. We proceeded to walk over there. and got in the front door. Got. upstairs. to our room. And the room key did not work. We then look. luckily so. a woman in the hallway spraying air freshener. This was like midnight or so.. We asked her to help. her to help us with the room key and she. tried it and it didn't work anyway. So. luckily she walked across the street and the guy from the front desk came over with a new key and let it. in. this whole process took about 30 minutes. The hallway smelled terrible. The room smelled awful.. I had a room. there reserved for four days later, which I canceled immediately.. I will probably never stay there again. I stayed there a couple times last season and I was in the main building and it was fine.. Oh, well, they just lost my business.

Alex was fantastic and helped the family out and is a credit to the hotel

If I could upload pictures, I would do not under any circumstance book this hotel room. The area is safe. The sleeping conditions were very unsafe. Hotels.com honestly needs to take this off their website. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the whole building really needs to be shut down.

This entire hotel has a distinct smell. There is obvious water damage on the carpets in the hallways, the in room AC had no controls, it was stuck on 62. The

The carpets were sticky the curtains were stained. Bed broke. Tv didn’t work. No WiFi. Absolutely filthy hotel. Charged extra for dog when this was not told in advance. Tried to cancel and was told no.

The Wi-Fi needed a passcode and no one knew it. They said manager knew it but never answered anyone’s calls

The elevator was not working. The rooms were terribly outdated. The sliding door glass was filthy. Will not recommend it. The window unit was of at arrival and the toilet was not in working order. I had to correct it on my own.

It reminded me of the movie the shinning. I was waiting for the twins to appear saying Redrum. It smelled like mildew. Not what I expected. Breakfast was good. Not to friendly the staff in the restaurant. The waitress took forever to give us the bill. We had to call her. Never said her name. The rugs looked like it’s never been cleaned. It’s an old building I guess.
