Great beach front location, wonderful breakfast every morning.

The hotel feels a bit dated, facilities are OK, limited sunbathing space. The Pops restaurant is good, breakfast is good with table service and efficient staff. Rooms are fairly small but clean and housekeeping was excellent

Great property great staff!!!

Unfortunately not enough sunbeds by the pool and sunbeds on the beach was quite expensive. Outside cleaning in pool hours? Why not early morning? Very good breakfast but five stars are one star to much in our opinion.

Great stay by the beach. Nice breakfast and great restaurant for dinner. Calypso across the street great for lunch.

This resort is amazing. The property is clean and the service is 5* specially by Guest services (Nina and the other gentleman whose name I forget.) the breakfast is wonderful and the room is very clean- best housekeeping staff. The beach is one of the best on the island with a great accessible location to Palma and other restaurants.

Lovely hotel with fantastic breakfast. Close to beach with good shallow water and alternative of pool area with loungers great too. Poolside dining and cocktails- what more could you want!? The only negative was the surrounding area was a bit disappointing in terms of shopping and restaurants. They were ok but not very upmarket.

The view from our room was great! The beach is public and chairs at the beach are not included. The food was delicious. The hotel is in a busy city location

Nena was the greatest help everyone else was okay she made us comfortable with her welcoming charm also give us water when we came back to get our bags she was very attentive

Really lovely hotel, great location too, being a few steps from a small beach. We were in a 4th floor, spacious room (end of corridor) with an unobstructed sea view. Nice spa, which is much smaller than expected but the booking system meant that it was never over crowded. The breakfast service is fabulous; we liked that things like eggs and bacon gad to be ordered at the table, but very generous buffet with plenty of fresh breads, fruits, cold cuts, etc. set out buffet style. I have a gluten intolerance and was impressed by the range of treat things available (on request) at breakfast, beyond GF bread (e.g., cookies, muffins, macaroons). I needed a takeaway box and the plate I had lasted me 2 days!! And, more generally, the GF options were very good for other meals (this is not always the case!). Very helpful, friendly and professional staff.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They accommodated all our requests and helped make our honeymoon extra special. Very happy I stayed at this hotel and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Impecable service, beautiful property. Our room had ocean views and sounds, the best night sleep listening to the waves. Adult vibe which was nice of a couple’s trip. The hotel is only 15 minutes taxi ride from the historic downtown. The staff were the highlight of the stay.

Staff was excellent, valet was super easy and accessible 24/7. Tons of great food , stores , liquor stores within walking distance, beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The ocean view was incredible from our room, very nice hotel. We only stayed 1 night on our way back to US. Lemon beer at the pool bar was excellent. Hotel is close to marina where they have nice restaurants too. Close distance to the airport, about 20min drive. Overal nice stay!

The food & staff service was very good. Housekeeping very good. Only draw make for older persons with mobility problems were the many steps encountered on the property.
