It was a nice hotel but our room had glass all over our suite living room area floor. We stepped on it and luckily our 2 year old son hadn’t taken his shoes off before we stepped on it. It was a very think glass with burn marks on it!!! Was not very happy about it, but as soon as we talked to the front desk she immediately came up and vacuumed it!! Photo added of just some of it

Our room was not clean and had an ant infestation. When we told the front desk they offered to spray chemicals in the room while we were in the room and never offered to move us to a new room

The property definitely needs some updates as far as interior and rooms. The baggage carts were scarce, only two per the entire property. After loading the one I finally found, and starting to push it, one of the vertical posts came out of the bottom and it wouldn't move. The key cards are sketchy. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't. The bathrooms definitely need updating with the fixtures. The tub was old and stained. And the fridge in the room had a freezer that needed defrosting, so staff left it off and water was dripping out of it.

Older building but well kept. Hotel was very clean, including my room. Bed linens were new and bath towels were in good shape. Staff very friendly. Didn’t have the comp breakfast only coffee which was available all day. Lobby area was updated. The breakfast area was very clean also. Area was safe. Will need to drive for dinner as only a Ruby Tuesday was next door but short drive to restaurants. I would stay there again as the hotel is a good value and the cleanliness was excellent.

The furniture is worn and stained. The first room I was in smelled really bad, but they were kind enough to move me to another room. The hotel is in need of updating as it is showing it’s age.

Staff was super friendly and nice! However, I would NOT stay here again. Too many better, less expensive options in the area for the extremely old, worn condition of the room. Slept a few hours and got on the road as soon as we could.

Friendly staff, but property is dated, toilets are low and the side of the tubs are low enough you can fall out of the shower. No new towels or bed service for our stay either.

We have used comfort inn five or six times when we’re taking our daughter back and forth to college. The staff has always been friendly,helpful,and just really great to talk too! We have decided that this will be where we stay on every visit. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a great hotel! We love it❤️

We stayed here as a family. It is very kid friendly. The breakfast was great and the pool was good too. We had a problem in our room and the maintenance man fixed it right away.

The breakfast was very good and tasted fresh. The room was a bit small and the shower was not big enough, nor did it have hot water. The water never got above warm, so that is disappointing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The building was not bad but there was a door that needed to have the glass repaired.

We needed an inexpensive place to shower and relax while an issue was being taken care of at our home. Price was the lowest around for decent hotel. Workout room was disappointing with only a few pieces of equipment. Pool was closed for maintenance. Hotel wasn't busy and I was hoping to swim some laps. Oh well. Bathroom had 5 small holes in the wall which looked tacky. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Had a little bit of a problem at check-in with their equipment having trouble running our credit card. Worker was nice and, it wasn't really a big deal. Didn't try breakfast in the morning. Room overall was comfortable and quiet, but there weren't very many people at the hotel.

Was there for a week they had to change my room 3 times employees were staying at the hotel their kids were knocking on the doors and I have a service dog so it’s a little frustrating, We were having a bad winter storm so it’s snowing a lot and it was coming inside the room through the sides of the heater because

We woke up at 3 am with bed bugs crawling in bed. They did not offer us another room, we had to sleep in our car in the parking lot.
