The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Although the train is right outside our window, we never heard it. Had a great night's sleep. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Joel was a wonderful representative at check in ~ two small observations: there was a ripple in the carpet of #218 that ran the length of the room & could cause a trip & the moisturizer dispenser was not working, even after asking for refill fix.
These were minor items & I felt welcomed, safe & comfortable through my stay

The beds are not comfortable. They need to replace the mattresses. Not a good nights rest.

It's our home away from home. We have been staying here for over 10 years whenever we come to the Bay Area. Since COVID, however, the complimentary breakfast isn't as good as it used to be, but it is sufficient. There used to be hot cookies at the front desk when you checked in and that's no more. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. We'll be back!

Stayed couple times at this hotel, price is much better than in Half moon bay if you looking something close by the ocean it’s not that far.

The breakfast was buffet style and had many options compared to othet hotels for this price. There was noise from other rooms and a bit of dirt here and there in the racks which we told the hotel management who was constantly following up. It is a convenient location to roam around bay area and to silicon valley. Overall it was a good stay.

The stay was not the best experience the first room that I got put in had blood on the curtains so I had to go ask for a different room. The different room started out OK however through the night that was the constant smell of marijuana. At 10 in the morning while I was not fully clothed the housekeeping burst through the door two hours before checkout time. When I went to let the front desk know in the morning the woman named Lori or Laura did not seem to concern about my complaint and stated well if you would have said something in the moment we would have been able to do something she had a strong lack of compassion. Also the free breakfast was horrible but the orange juice and apple juice was pretty good

Reservation was for 2 beds but when I arrived they only had a room with one bed. Travelocity need to refund me $30 because hotel refused $30 to Travelocity.

I liked the hotel overall, however the property was very noisy, echoey, the walls are thin, we couldn’t sleep passed 7am without hearing everyone in the hotel talking and making waffles.

This hotel gave the impression of a property being stripped of value by a private-capital firm. The out-of-service swimming pool in particular; the cheap noisy refrigerator in the room; the minimal and unappetizing offerings at breakfast bar. Staff seemed unhappy.
On the plus side: good sound insulation especially from traffic and train; walkable to downtown.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! I was trying to find an affordable option in the Bay area for a night and selected this one. The parking lot is small, but there was enough parking.
They offered an early (6-9) continental breakfast with one hot item: waffles. They offered cereal but there was no milk, and when I tried to ask a staff member in the dining area I was ignored (other than that the staff was great). They had a pool which I didn't take advantage of. There's a McDonald's directly across the road if you wanted other easy eating options.

It was clean but a bit old. Breakfast was not good. Not very much to choose from. Free parking and close to SFO - airport.

Poor maintenance and staff, no house keeping service during 4 days of stay. The building is poorly constructed, upstairs guest keep making noise and jumping on the floor, management didnt take any action. The bathroom exhaust fan didnt work and water was leaking from shower space. There was dirty kitchen tower and sponge. I won recommend this hotel if you want to save your money and time

This property was a very nice surprise and super affordable as well. Great place to stay when you want to explore the coast near Half Moon Bay and it only takes 30-40min to get there.
