Room acces was restricted due to their key card machine being out of service, major pain. Hallways and elevator smelled like diesel fuel, seriously. Bedside alarm clock went off at 1am and I was unable to make it stop until I figured out how to unplug it…

This place was awful. The girl at the front desk was not interested in working. She didn’t greet anyone and was rude when she actually had to do her job. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3. We were a family that had to mandatory evacuate due to Hurricane Milton and it was my family including three kids. When asked to check in early they said it wasn’t ready which is fine, but when asked if she could call me when it is, she rolled her eyes. We sat in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting and tried to check in at 3 only to be told our room isn’t ready and they were trying to switch our room. But the room they wanted to give us wasn’t ready. So we waited another hour and a half. They got confused multiple times. The room was dirty and stunk, and had someone’s clothes in the bathroom still. Our key card lock on our door stopped working and they never sent maintenance like they were supposed to. There are zero amenities. People hanging around outside looked sketchy. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and we will never come back.

I was assigned to a first floor room, across from a janitorial room. It was difficult to rest due to the constant noises, either from the slamming doors or patrons talking at all times of day or night. Felt very unsafe. Shower never had hot water, pressure very low too. Picked this hotel due to the proximity to my workplace, but left very disappointed.

No one to check you out of the hotel. Front desk agent was non-chalant with directing me to just place the keys on the counter. Went down for breakfast before departure only thing that was available was nutrigrain bars and muffins with coffee. Elevator was surprisingly out of order by the time I went back to the room which was only 5 mins difference. The air condition was very cold which is excellent. Shower head had mold and mildew starting to build up, soap dish was peeling. Stove top was very rusted. My major problem I had with the hotel was, everytime I would use he elevator it smelled as if someone had a cigarette party in it. Alot of people was hanging out in front on the daily. The hallway carpets needs to be shampooed.

Airconditioning in room wasn’t working. maintenance guy came in and said that they needed to change the air conditioning. No one ever came no one ever called two days I was with no air. The room was hot I was very uncomfortable

Alot of the amenities listed on the website and in their descriptions are not available or only available by request. The pool was green. The pool area was swarming with mosquitoes.

The bathroom shower was dirty. Hairs and mold were in the shower. The pull out bed was stained all over. Breakfast was only chocolate muffins and coffee. The pool was closed which was very disappointing for my kids.

The bathroom and floors were filthy!!!!! The pool was cloudy and dirty, there was trash everywhere around the pool. The staff was friendly enough, but the grounds and rooms were not what the pictures represented at all.

The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty the tub/shower was nasty, there was soap scum and mildew. The windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. The building in general had an odd odor. The pool was cloudy and dirty.

Staff is inattentive. Many times a sign was up saying that they were busy helping other guests, but the door was just closed behind the desk with the staff behind it on their personal phones.
Hallways and the elevator are disgusting from the trash being taken outside by a roller bin. The liquid from the garbage leaks on the carpet and elevator floors.
Rooms are subpar, the bathroom is in desperate need of remodeling. The tiles on the wall were disgusting, and had what looked like mold on them.
Cleanliness in common areas is the biggest issue at this hotel.

Everything about this place is not ok. The look of the staff, they are not properly dressed as staff of an hotel. The cleanliness, all the common areas were dirty, with trash on the floor, and a very bad smell in the elevator and the halls, the hotel promotes breakfast that os completely false, it is just a bad quality coffee. The room had a kitchenette with no utensils, I had to make my own bed by asking the sheets. Overall is the worst place tha I have ever stayed in my life.

This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The first room they gave us, the toilet didn’t flush and the water from the sink didn’t go down. The next room they replaced it with had the WORST stench of urine.

Even though they offer breakfast included there is only coffee and muffins, so it is better to specify the type of meal they will serve so customer can schedule better they itinerary and choose a accommodation knowing what they will receive instead of have a hard time finding out that breakfast is not what they mean to be.

My room wasnt properly cleans when i arrive. I went back to the lobby and got another room which i had to accept one way smaller and not on any upper floor.

We were not happy at all with our week-long stay. The shower was disgusting to the point where my children refused to bathe in it. The kitchen faucet handle broke completely off when we tried to use it. There was never an attendant at the front desk and the process to request silverware, plates, towels, etc. was not annoying. Their breakfast is a joke. The entire hotel had a weird smell. The pullout couch had stains on it and the mattress on it was about 3 inches thick, so our family of five had to share 2 beds. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I hesitate to ever consider staying at another Extended Stay in the future.

There is no service available, no houses keeper to clean my room and to charge my bed set ,no room has been cleaned. I have been to this hotel for 5 days, and no one has ever come close clean my room. I have to ask for clean linens to change my bed on my own. They said breakfast is included on the package.there is no breakfast just a coffee and and a little donut. I woke up to get some breakfast there was nothing. Unfortunately, I’m not recommend any one to stay there. This extended is the worst hotel for guests to stay. I used to stay an extended before has the best. I had very bad experience on this hotel. I will never come back on this place again.

Shower extremely dirty, towels from previous guests in the bathroom. Check in was a nightmare. Didn't have the room I reserved a month ago then tried to charge me to upgrade. Asked for early check in and was told they were far too busy to see if a room was ready. Check in was 3pm and by 3:05 there were 10 people in the lobby and no one at the front desk.
