Great hotel for price. Just a lite outside of downtown.

The place was a dump. Looked like people were living in the hotel. For $300 a night I would definitely NOT recommend.

I will start with the positive. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The laundry room was clean and worked well.
The area was one big episode of cops after dark.
We left our room in the morning at about 7:30 to grab some coffee. When we came back the door to our room was open. Housekeeping had come in and taken our pizza we had left and “made” the bed.
We explained we were just grabbing coffee, not checking out. There were no do not disturb signs, so I told her we were grabbing breakfast and would be back.
Went to McDonald’s, and when we got back they had once again taken the things we had left in the room.
Also, the mini fridge was warm and had gross wet towels in it. I would NOT recommend this place.

Stayed there several years ago and property was OK. Since then, the property has gone downhill drastically.

The room was clean. The check in was easy and fast, I came late at night and the attendant was happy to greet me. The bed I slept in was comfortable and there was minimal noise from outside.

There were not enough towels, some torn apart towels
Very limited option breakfast option. I would not complain but I paid premium price for this. Previous night I was in Best Western Lincoln City, and paid less but got way better service.

Was fine for a two night stay. Ice machine not working and person in office said it must be empty. Didn’t bother to check it. It was that way for entire stay! Otherwise no real issues

Room was very smelly. Had to go back to front desk for a can of Lysol. Opened all windows and door to air out after spraying. While having breakfast in the lobby. Other guest came in stating someone stole her dress from her room. Desk person was no help and took no responsibility. Guest went to housekeeping who said they would check laundry. Dr as was found in laundry room????

Located right across the street from the harbor, with good restaurants, beach, other attractions very close by, including the Battery Point Lighthouse (recommended). Continental breakfast is average, with waffle maker, cereals, juice, coffee, toast, pastries. Room furniture is limited but room is spacious, and includes microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Coffee itself not for connoisseurs.

I'm 70 years old and disabled, No one in the office offered to help me and there were young men in there, I had other guests offer me help bring my luggage upstairs as I had to make around seven trips up and down the stairs, I left my service dog in the room and he about flipped out, he's used to being with me 24 hours a day.
I'm not even looking forward to tomorrow checking out, taking all my luggage downstairs and then going back up to get more,
It was nice of about four different guests offer to help me.

TV system was very hard to use. No channel guide was available. After finding a guide, the channels listed were not accurate.
Water in shower shifted from too cold to too hot without turning the control. Few people left in nearby rooms, so probably not from flushing toilets, etc.

Hotels.com lost my reservation, and all they gave me was a pretty small credit, very small. I drove 6 and a 1/2 hours to get to this trip and ended up sending way more on a last min stay and the most they would do was give me chump change as a “sorry.” Also, this was the second time my reservation didn’t work out through hotels.com. Very disappointed

The property is not impressive. I checked in with a child and found our room had no working television. So there was nothing to do that night in the room. The next morning we had plans for the day, but still nice to get back to the room and relax with some TV, or have some cartoons on for my child while I'm getting ready in the morning. Day 2, still no TV. And the staff refused to discount or switch my room. Unacceptable. I ended up leaving and going to Motel 6, which was wonderful! Fancy, working T/television , squeaky clean, and right across from the beach! I'm glad this place didn't ruin our trip.

The room smelled musty and the bathroom moldy. The TV was broken and the desk said that they have new ones coming 😕

There was holes in the walls in our room. The bathtub wasn't very clean with hair on it. The house keeper never came to clean our room and give us towels when we were there 3 nights. Plus our neighbors were called on and very loud.

The blankets on the bed were stained, there was a group having a meth party in the room below us, tv didn’t work. Avoid this place.

There was a problem with my Expedia reservation confirmation number when I tried to check in, but after 30 mins. and a call to Expedia, we got into our room and had a great stay. The location is directly across from the harbor and a great restaurant for fish and chips. The complimentary breakfast is nice. Gotta love Belgian waffles!

There was a giant burned garbage pile outside along with trash lining the entire back of the building. The windows all lacked screens. The beds sounded like they would fall apart if someone moved on them. There was also a giant crack in the floor of the bathtub where water freely drained and it felt like you would fall through the floor. The staff were very kind though and helpful. The room was clean - but definitely in dis-repair.
