You get what you pay for… somewhat clean but smells like smoke.

Water leak in my room in the middle of the night, smoke lard went off in another room which you could clearly hear as soon as you open the door.. attendant insisted on searching my room and accused me of doing something wrong! Do no t stay here HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Terrible experience! We found a cockroach in the bathroom immediately upon arrival as well as a beetle on the floor. Checked out immediately and while we were offered a refund, a secondary charge was made on my card so it seems like we were still charged for one night despite the poor condition of the room. Place was overall run down and the pool looked dirty as well. Do not waste your money!

Found various stains and remnants on some of the furniture. The pool smelled like a dominos pizza and was about 85F degrees. staff was nice. beds were comfortable and clean.

Reception couldn't find my reservation, when they finally booked me in they wanted to charge me more and wouldn't accept the booked rate until I showed them my email acknowledgment. Once we entered the room the smoke odor was repelling and we asked for another room, they were not helpful. The furniture in the lobby was deeply stained. The lobby floor, hall areas and elevator were dirty. I only received a partial refund and I will be contesting the charges. I spoke with 4 of the staff, at that time, and all acted and spoke like they didn't understand English. We ended up having to find other accommodations, on our own. Beware, this place is a flop-house.

I stay there twice a year and the people are friendly

When I got to my room my bed wasn’t made there was no toilet paper and no soapsand then we got locked out of our room with all our belongings in there and it took them an hour and a half to get into the room to get our stuff!

By far the dirtiest and most horrible hotel I have ever booked through Expedia. I spent a total of 60 seconds In the room before I left and went and booked a room down the street. I have so many pictures to prove how dirty and how unprofessional this hotel is.

Quick and friendly check in. Nice enough place to stay for a night or two. Inexpensive. Very convenient location to the K-Wings Ice Arena. Butlers Breakfast and Lunch is just down the street for good breakfast. The hotel continental breakfast was very limited. There is also a McDonald’s directly next door to the hotel.

The rooms aren’t too bad, it could use some improvement but overall it was an ok stay!

Great location, but had at least a dozen cockroaches visit us in room 307

Hotel was super close to wings stadium which was exactly what we needed. The hotel was less than satisfactory tho. Very outdated and not tended too. No one at front desk most of the time.

On our last morning there, we found a cockroach crawling in our room and the staff/manager did nothing about it. Another guest was also complaining about bugs in her room as well. The blankets and sheet had very big visible stains on them. Thank goodness we had our own bedding

There were cockroaches in the corner immediately upon entering. They were also in the bathroom. We pulled the sheets back and found bugs in the corners. The manager didn’t act surprised and said they would refund our money. However, it’s been 36 hours and still no refund.

Says they have a pool but with the ability to hold six. six I've seen bathtubs bigger. Secondly the place wasn't exactly Stellar as far as cleanliness. There were cockroaches in our room and some of the others. There was also a pile of towels wet laying in the hallway in front of two rooms when we arrived the next day when we left they were still laying there they're almost feel the stench coming off them. When we first got to our room we simply walked in and dropped her stuff and went on our way to dinner and an event we planned. When we returned we noticed the television wasn't working we called down to the desk and they said they'd be right up. We waited 30 minutes and then called back the front desk told me that the cable company was working on it and they were having a problem and they'd be on as soon as they could. The next morning the TV was still not working as I walked downstairs I made a comment about it to one of the other guests and they mentioned that their TV worked fine three others also mentioned they didn't have any trouble. When I got downstairs the television was also on in the cafeteria area and at the front desk. When I asked him about it he simply told me he didn't know what was wrong with the TV and gave me a I really don't care either look. As you can imagine I was extremely upset. I didn't go to a hotel to watch TV but I had three kids under the age of eight a television would have been nice to occupy them for the short time we were in the room.

After staying the night with two rooms booked, we found bed bugs. Brought one of them down to the front office and they refused to do anything about it. The manager said that unless I called the health department, that he wouldn’t have to do anything about it. Very disgusted and disappointed with how they handled this situation. Never stay here!

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, pool needs to be cleaned better. We had a wonderful stay.

I have never stayed in a motel this bad. Our hair dryer SET ON FIRE. I told the front desk and nothing was done. I had to tell them another 3 times before they changed it out and I'm pretty sure they took it and put it in another room. Everything in the hotel was dirty. From the lobby to the breakfast area to the rooms. The coffee pots looked like they had not been washed. The bathtub looked like it had not been washed in a long time. There was something in the drawer of the dresser. The chair was stained and there was something in the crack, looked like a cheeto??? Very disappointed.

Liked that breakfast was included... saved me time.

Average low cost hotel. Clean. Front desk rarely staffed.

Convenient location, reasonsbly priced, and room was in nice condition and well equipped.

It's a decent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is very marginal.

I'll cut to the chase: do not stay here. This place feels run down and dirty inside. We booked it because it was dog friendly and next to the Wings Center for a concert. After getting back from the concert, we decided to check out and not even spend the night. Quality Inn corporate should be embarrassed this location has the Quality Inn brand on it.

The room smelt musty and moldy. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The bending was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty.

Attendant talked to family members while checking me in. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and one light didn’t work. Lamp in the room was broken with light bulb hanging down. Parking was easy. McDonald’s across the driveway

The lock in one of our 2 rooms did not work properly on the bathroom door & the toilet was leaking. The curtains on both rooms did not quite close properly, the fan in the bathroom needed service (niosy), Toilet wobbled (loose mount screws) and will likely leak soon as the wax seal will weaken.

Good price, clean room and clean bed, condition of the hotel was a bit rough but it eas quiet and dark in the room. I slept well. We were traveling it it fit all or needs. The front desk person allowed us to have late che j out which was nice. Everything I needed. I would stay again if I was traveling through.
