Staff is amazing very accommodating

This place is very dirty. Please remove it from your website. I had to leave the room after one night although i booked for 4 nights. The roof fell down at my door. My wife couldn't sleep at night due to very high noise coming from outside. They have not yet refunded my money back.

The room was disgusting sure and said I'm box

This hotel was nasty! I was so mad that I spent the asking price on that disgusting place. The paint was peeling off the walls. There was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. And there were countless amounts of people smoking around the facility. Not to mention that the police was called by one of the tenants. Do not go there. You would have a better outcome sleeping in your own car.

The management here is wonderful and for the price you get a very comfortable room

Staff was very friendly. Parking lot was a disaster. Rooms were disgusting. Dirt and stains on floors. Bathroom door was very hard to close.

The folks at the front desk are amazing! I expected alot of noise over a weekend, but the fellow guests were quiet, as was the neighborhood. Will totally stay again!!

I couldn't stay. I was put off by the smell of weed in the lobby. I got checked in and went to my room and upon opening the door the smell of weed was enough to make my stomach turn. The bed was filthy and unmade. There was dirty clothes, wrappers, food all ove the place. The kitchenette was a disaster and garbage everywhere. I refused to stay. They told me to contact you for a refund and they'd process it but ignored your agents calls so i don't know whats happening. Took me an hour and more money after 9pm to find a room.

Dre at the front desk was an excellent host to us and provided information on the great colorado mountains as well.

The staff was quick and easy as well as professional all my needs were taken care of and Rita was a Angel for her warm personality and diligence to provide customer care

Loud music and people talking loudly in the common areas into the night and early morning from multiple units. Although unit superficially remodeled, stove was rusty and cabinet missing a door. Door to the bathroom had a huge sticking point. Trash around the complex. Also note the kitchen had no cookware or any cooking items and the only item stocked in the entire unit was a single bar of soap.

I liked the stay and it was nice

Great hotel with kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Centraly located so convenient to go anywhere in the Springs. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 2 rooms. One room the bed was broken, there was a puddle on the floor by the window. Went and told them in the office they said they would send someone never did. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The other room have stains on the comforters. Mold also in the bathroom the door handle was broken and bathroom door would not close all the way.

You didn't allow my son to stay there because he showed up too late and then you didn't refund me.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Homeless lady in stairwell as I was leaving.

Very abrupt nonwelcoming front desk. I arrived at 230p and was informed that no rooms are available until 3pm. And i could not wait in the "lobby" stood outside for 30 mins...no seats, chairs or benches 3pm checked in and room was not ready, still being cleaned. Stood there for abother 10 mins looking at the gas nd oil stained parking lot with fumes listening to the loud radion being played 2 doors down. Finally clean got in took a shower and laid down for a nap. I had been up and awake traveling for about 30 hours. phone rings...no body there...phone rings no body there..knock atbthe door. Guy said " he just wanted to know if the room was occupied" Same thing happened 40 mins later. Front desk girl. Then she asked me who i was and kind of mumbled that she put me in another room. "No you didnt here is the keys you gave me" Barking dogs in the room above me all night Bed was comfortable. Clean. Good air conditioner fan

The room overall was ok but i seen a roach and the elevator stunk and was dirty

The hotel was over booked and we were cancelled. when we got there we found out

It was absolutely awful armed guards were there with guns and bullet proof vests drugs and hookers everywhere

When I arrived at the hotel they told me that there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE , and that I needed to get a refund from whatever 3rd party that I booked the room from. As of today I havent received a refund yet and im still waiting to speak to someone.

I got there and they told me they were over booked, the lady was super rude and the process of getting a refund is ridiculous. 10/10 would not recommend
