Great value for our short stay.

Room was nice but house keeping could do a little better at cleaning. The remotes looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Front desk staff was really nice. Pool was great as well.

This was a last minute booking on the way back to Indianapolis from a day trip to Cedar Point. I was the sole driver of my family we were there for 12 hours so we were pooped. I tried to drive whole way back but got tired made a last minute search and found the best deal which brings me here. Incredible night time front desk clerk friendly personable and the room was excellent just what we needed for our family of 6. I would highly recommend

3.5 stars. Average in just about every way. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars and some pre-packaged muffins which was disappointing. No outside space to relax other than the parking lot.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel could use some updates. There was strong smell of Marijuana when entering and exiting the lobby. There was a breakfast advertised but we were not told it was "grab and go" until checkin and were disappointed to only see little muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal available. If there isnt a breakfast don't advertise one. Also, the pool hours were not posted anywhere for us to see and the guy there at checkin had no idea about them. The room was good for the most part. The phone wasn't working when we checked in but did once i messed with the plug and there were not linens provided for the sofa sleeper and when I called I had to go down to get them rather than him bring them to me. The beds were comfortable and it was clean.

Front desk lady was always super nice and helpful if we had any problems. Ive stayed at many hotels in findlay and this is the best one by far if you dont have a lot of money to spend. I would definitely stay here again.

Located near shopping and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Ms Cindi at the front desk got us an extra night for tonight April 8 so we can stay after viewing the eclipse and get a safe and fresh start home tomorrow.

Staying at this property was simple, easy and very reasonably priced. Extra living space and kitchen was nice to have, but I didn’t need it. This would be a great choice if I needed an extended stay!

The room was ok. Except for the gross brown stains on the mattress on the hide a bed. Also the bloody pus looking like stain on the pillow case. It was down into the pillow so the pillow case was not changed. The breakfast was dull. Only muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. The only beverage options were coffee,tea and hot cocoa. No juice or milk for the kids. Fresh fruit would of been nice. The pool was ok. The kids had fun.

One of or rooms had bed bugs and they had to move rooms the guy has bites all over him ! My room had hair all over the shower

There were NO LOCKS on first floor windows. When my friend asked about it at the desk they said none of the windows lock and gave us a bar to put in the ledge. I can't believe we even had to ask.

The staff is great. My somewhat negative experience was not their fault. We arrived and our 1st room reeked what I thought was weed smoke. The staff claimed it was the burner on the stove that was cleaned recently. They moved us to the room next door. Lamp was broken so we switched it out. Not a big deal. About 2am the weed smell creeped into our room keeping us up all night. 2nd night was better. Again the staff was more than accommodating. The "grab and go" breakfast was just granola bars and small muffins. Then again it is an extended stay so I assume that the corporate suits assume people are cooking in their room. Multiple times riding the elevators the smell was there. 1st morning a smoke alarm was going off down the hall. We informed the front desk and they tracked it down and turned it off in the room.

Never stay here again. False advertising even after I made a telephone call to the hotel to verify the pool was open, it wasn't! I was trying to find a hotel with a pool for rehab after full double knee replacement surgery. THEN we went to the room and there was cigarette smoke when it was a non-smoking room. IF I hadn't already paid upfront I would have left. I would LOVE a refund!!

We chose this hotel because of the room setup - tv area separate from beds is a must with a toddler. We also chose it because the site advertised an indoor pool and free breakfast, but both were unavailable due to COVID-19.

Room was filthy and no way to clean it. Not even paper towels, or soap in the room. Had to go to the front office for everything. Carpet was disgusting. Sofa bed and bed mattresses were unbelievably uncomfortable. Room smelled. Towels were clearly stained. No linens for sofa bed. Had to go to front desk for towels, soap, linens, coffee pot. Everything. It was more work than it was worth. Spiders and bugs throughout room. Furniture (table) was broken and wobbly. We will never stay here again.

I spent a week here for work. Solid staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated, dark and dreary, but for the price you expect that. The beds are comfortable and the hotel does have a pool and a workout room next to it. Good location. I would stay here again.
